“Clean vehicle. Easy process. Great customer service from Ben.At the location of In Towne Self Storage, with ITSS spots reserved for parking. We were able to park our car in one of these spots while we used a truck for a local transport. Very handy!U-Haul texts, which include a vehicle inspection to complete 30 minutes after you pick up (and are already driving), aren't helpful. But that's corporate; not a problem unique to this location.”
“I needed an extra time with the truck. Turns out I needed almost a full day. They were so kind letting me drop it off later. I offered to pay for the extra day but they were totally cool with the rental period on the reservation. Such a smooth process from pickup to drop off. Will always rent here!”
