“I'm scared to write this review because I feel like I found a rare gem, and I'm afraid of a "gold rush" on this place.
I had some terrible experiences trying to get some prescription drugs from other pharmacies, and their lack of coordinating with other branches of the same pharmacy chain, them handling insurance coverage communication, coordinating Rx's with my doctors, etc.
Finally after 2 weeks of being in despair about obtaining my Rx, someone recommended New City Halsted Pharmacy, and it has been nothing short of outstanding ever since. They were actually out of an Rx dosage that I needed, and weren't sure when they would receive a new shipment. Kayla was super kind, and walked me patiently through my options over the phone (even texted me after hours) and within 24 hours, helped me coordinate with my doctor a similar Rx, and I was able to pick it up the next day! No pharmacy has ever taken the time to help me out in such a manner. As someone who doesn't frequent the healthcare system, I was blown away. The entire staff here operates under the same ethos as Kayla. In an era of terrible customer service and general incompetence in most fields, this place is a respite from that norm. I wouldn't use any other pharmacy but this one, unless I absolutely had to.”
“I had trouble getting medication for my daughter from a pharmacy. A rude young man couldn't help, but a helpful lady named Tina resolved the issue with my insurance and got the prescription to go through at no cost. I'm grateful for her assistance.”

Answered my questions and when I had an allergic reaction to the medication they helped me find a solution and took care of me fully. “Naseem Naseem Naseem! This man saved me today! My 6 yr old is very ill and needed a prescription filled. Walgreens told me I’d have to wait 2 hrs! They were rude and careless. I called Evergreen Park pharmacy and Naseem answered. He was calm and nice to me and walked me through the process of getting my sons script sent over to be filled by them. When I arrived he was very welcoming and reassuring. He filled my sons script quickly and educated me on the medication. I can’t believe how fast my sons script was ready despite him working in the pharmacy alone today. I’m forever appreciative for him today and Will be getting all of my sons medicine filled at Evergreen Park Pharmacy from now on because of how well I was treated by Naseem. Thank you again!”

“Being that it's located within Target, I asked one of the associates where exactly is the CVS pharmacy. The gentleman happily stopped what he was doing and walked towards me and pointed and stated the directions in which to follow. It wasn't hard to follow so, after a minute of walking down the aisle, I found the pharmacy. It's right after the makeup aisles. The pharmacy technician was personable, friendly and helpful by reinstating the directions I was to adhere to see in taking the my medicine. I'm glad I chose this location.”
