Ok, it’s been a few weeks and my Ford E350 Van that sat in my driveway for about two years is back on the road. Brakes, power steering, computer glitches and a list of other miscellaneous were all repaired. They sure know what they are doing we trust EDS. Enough so that we took the van on a family vacation, our adult kids and our grandkids. Thank you Nate and Doug for a job well done. Jason however, I don’t even like him TOUCHING my vehicles. I called to let them know that I’m running late and couldn’t make my 12:30 appointment.
They didn’t get that online appointment but they still accommodated me.
I’ve called several shops and an auto diagnostics was $20-30 more elsewhere.
I was planning on purchasing this used car but I wanted to know what repairs needed
to be done. I was then able to negotiate 800 less on the purchase price of this car. Worth the $60 complete diagnostic charge.
They did a top notch job. They took over 1 hour and at the end I received a diagnostic report
of all the issues on this car.”

“Came here after getting my battery jumped twice in one day, so it was a very clear sign that it was time to get a new battery. Came in at 5:15pm, they close at 6. Got to my car by 5:30pm, in which they let me know that because I have a hybrid, they needed to get a specific battery that would cost more (which I already knew was the case; side note, it was the 12 volt battery up front, not the fat chunky hybrid battery that was in the trunk), but that they have a guy running out to get it right now and that he will be back in 10 minutes, and that the installation should take no more than 10-15 minutes. They stayed true to their word, and even though I didn’t sign anything, it was perfect service. Saved my whole day. The guys were super chill and took care of everything while I sat on my phone for a bit. Overall, I am just super happy that they fixed it so that it doesn’t die again and I don't have to worry about it, and they even gave me a 5 year warranty so I can come back, and that if it fails the battery health test, then they will replace it again for free.”

“First time visiting AW Auto.. had not been familiar with them but had to get my vehicle in somewhere quick after the local Firestone could not diagnose the problem. Spoke to Michelle initially and basically she gave her input and chatted while I just decided to get my car in without further issues as my car was miss-firing and wasn't looking good. Left the car with AW and Michelle even gave me a ride back home so I wasn't paying for a ride. They called back with the details and also contacted my warranty provider to assist with everything and had the car ready promptly and back in order. Got to meet and speak with Jim for quite a bit and they were all very knowledgeable and experienced and very as down to earth and informative as could be. Definitely recommend and will visit in the future if necessary!!”
