After J & R Auto inspected the car, I felt they did a great job reporting their findings and explaining their recommendations for repair. After agreeing to the repairs, the work was completed by the end of the next day. The staff were very friendly and I’m very happy with the performance of the car since the repairs were completed.”

“I've been wanting to express and i want you to know that I think your team at Jiffy Lube especially in Dundee, Illinois is amazing! They have always been very respectful to me. More importantly they show me that they take their job seriously and provide me with the help and service that I need for my car. I admit im not very knowledgeable about ther working processes of car engines. The Jiffy Lube team always explains things in a way that I would understand as well as watching out for things that they may not be necessarily accountable for. One example is the team worker found that the wires have been chewed on perhaps by mice as I did live in a very wooded area for an amount of time. This individual let me know of a simple and affordable solution as well as stating how he would help me install it when I purchased the solution for it on Amazon. There are other times where I had small emergencies with a different vehicle at a different Jiffy Lube and they worked over the phone communicating information. Im sure all of this is done while serving three or four other customers at the same time. While ive been there I notice that different vehicles are being serviced with different situations with individuals that do not always speak English. Im amazed how they answer all sorts of questions and trouble shoot different problems every half hour or so during their work day. I thought my job was hard. I have a whole new respect for individuals that are changing the oil. It will probably always be Jiffy Lube hopefully the one in Dundee that I will continue to go to. If your the manager reading this please give your employees praise for how I the customer see how they work together as a team and im very grateful for how they respectfully treated me. I needed their help that day. They were great!!”

“Dan is a great mechanic, one of the best I've ever encountered. He did my new tires quick and affordable. Just recently my mom had him inspect her car after a franchise mechanic shop inspected it. She wanted too see if his prices and problems founds were the same as the franchise mechanic due too that shop pulling shady things. He inspected it and found the same issues but the prices for repairs were almost half the cost of the franchise shop. Nice to see a mechanic who doesn't charge 3x the amount of hours for repairs.”

“I procrastinated over buying a newer car until it became a necessity. I was holding out for the possibility of finding that one vehicle that put a smile on my face but was affordable as well. The task was becoming very difficult because used cars and interest rates are not favorable for buyers right now. I decided to travel out into the polar snow vortex of last weekend and drive to Wickstrom Ford. Needless to say I think everyone was very surprised to see me and I had the full team at my disposal. I felt like a rock star. And was treated like one. I was concerned being an older single female that my requirements would be disregarded. That was not the case at all. Everyone worked together and listened to what I had to say. My sales person Chris Kason was awesome. He took the time to walk me through everything.
