Her team helped me successfully transition my picky cat off kibble, which was no small feat. And when it comes to my soon to be 13 year old German Shepherd, I am incredibly selective. Krysta has been a knowledgeable and trusted resource as he ages, always willing to thoughtfully discuss options and offer well researched recommendations when I have questions or concerns.

“We love coming here, it's nice to go into a place where the staff is friendly and helpful, they take their time answering questions you may have or give you advice on what your breed actually needs. Go in thinking what you may need for your dog and come out with what is better for them. They don't rush off as if they don't have the time like some other stores we have been to. She is comfortable (and cooperative) with Emily and is always equally relaxed and happy when I pick her up. Appointment times run smoothly, so no long stretch in a crate for my Cavalier. She arrives home clean, expertly and minimally trimmed as requested. Her snarls disappear magically and not noticeably. A great cut appropriate and as true-to-breed as possible for a frisky home companion! Cost is reasonable and the staff sleays very friendly snd efficient. Thsnk you!”

“Petco is great, I prefer them over PetSmart in terms of variety of products. They are a little more expensive but their pet care plans are pretty cool and help offset costs.”
“First time trying out their dog wash today.I'm very Happy I did! it's very clean, the staff was super nice and accommodating. I like that they have raised wash areas and grooming areas to dry the dogs, good water pressure, hoses that you can change the stream and decent dryers. They supply some of the different shampoos that they carry I did try their sensitive one and so far it seems to have caused no irritation for a very sensitive skin dog. I like that they supply more than one towel like some other places do.
Tractor supply company is a little gym in Carpentersville that I often forget about and every time I go I really like it. They hire friendly staff and it's always clean and they have a lot of variety.”
“We ordered baby chicks and couldn’t be happier. It was a much better experience than Farm and Fleet or Tractor Supply. The shop itself is very cute and I plan to go back for future gardening needs.”
“I just came home from shopping at Petco in Bloomingdale! I was in the store trying to figure out the coupon and a nice store associate named Mark stopped to see if I needed any help! The coupon/system was having problems today so he told me to order online (it was a better deal) and it would be ready soon! I ended up saving more money and by the time I moved my car up it was ready! I buy an expensive dog food so I really appreciate the help Mark gave me to save more money for my Precious Pet!! (He was so friendly too) I will definitely go back to Petco in Bloomingdale!! ???”

“I had such a great experience with Mushyface Cookie Co. at the Logan Square Farmer’s Market. The team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and thoughtful, not just toward my pup (who is a very large Great Dane), but toward me as well!
They helped me find a treat for my dog & were very gracious and understanding about my discomfort handling it myself (vegan probs), even giving it directly to him so I didn’t have to. Small gesture, but it really meant a lot. My dog was absolutely thrilled with their selection, and they showed him so much love and attention while chatting with me about their own dogs too.
You can genuinely tell this business is run by hardworking, caring people who truly love what they do. I really enjoyed spending time at their tent and would absolutely encourage others to support them at the market!”

Not only was the receiver looking for me first thing in the morning by coming outside to the tractor to meet me but they had me empty within about 20 minutes of bumping the dock.
Very wonderful when people are diligent in their work and value your time!

Mark, in particular, really took the time to explain the store’s options on multiple aspects of our new cat ownership, providing his opinions and those of others at the store.
This location also has a nice selection of litter alternatives, for those looking for less dust, something more sustainable, and something with less chemicals. We will continue to return.”

“This is a normal HomeGoods. I came here looking for duvet covers. They have a lot of king/queen/full sizes from Portugal. They don’t have the big expensive brands but the duvet cover I bought was of good quality. I usually Google the brand names and products to see if they have good reviews or not. They also have a good selection of pillows, comforters, blankets, and sets. The staff was friendly but the employees were too busy talking to each other. They didn’t even notice the customers waiting in line. They talk to each other when there are no customers in sight.”
“I had an issue with a grooming bundle pack I purchased for my dog so I wouldn’t keep paying for each individual one. I purchased one that had i believe 6-7 and I never knew they had an expiation date to them. I have a 4-5 lb small dog that doesn’t grow her hair as often so I don’t go cut it until it’s super long. So i go about every 3-5 months depending. Well they happens to expire while i still had 2 cuts left I was upset that it happened but I emailed the help customer service which then it got to Nick who is the manager there. Super super helpful he emailed me first and made sure he was able to help me redeem the last two services I had left because I always go there for my dogs needs. He then called me and got it fixed for me. Super grateful. And the staff at the grooming salon super as always.”
