“I stopped in here today to get something for my beautiful pug, Toast. The store is very clean and has a lot of amazing inventory that a typical pet store doesn’t usually carry. The owner(i unfortunately didn’t catch her name) was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable about all her products. I had a lot of questions and she was very happy to help me with everything I asked about! The little Pug, Bruce behind the counter just made my whole shopping experience so much more amazing. I will 100% be continuing to shop here for anything i need in the future. They have a lot of great meal toppers, treats, raw bones and other healthy and natural things for your pets including rabbits toes and chicken heads!! I went in for one thing and left with 8. Definitely shop here!!”

“Wendy is an amazing groomer and I will aways take my elderly dog to her. She is kind and gentle with her, as she needs that kind of attention. She is a gem and extremely easy to work with! They are easy to communicate with and book appointments with. Kriser's helps me carry my purchases out and goes out of their way to assist.”

“I had a great experience at the Schaumburg Petsmart location the other day. The shelves were clean and pulled forward, easy to find what I needed very quickly. The staff especially Jennifer the cashier and Joe the other worker were lovely. I had trouble with an item being ringed in and they were super helpful throughout the process. “First time trying out their dog wash today.I'm very Happy I did! it's very clean, the staff was super nice and accommodating. I like that they have raised wash areas and grooming areas to dry the dogs, good water pressure, hoses that you can change the stream and decent dryers. They supply some of the different shampoos that they carry I did try their sensitive one and so far it seems to have caused no irritation for a very sensitive skin dog. I like that they supply more than one towel like some other places do.
Tractor supply company is a little gym in Carpentersville that I often forget about and every time I go I really like it. They hire friendly staff and it's always clean and they have a lot of variety.”

“I just came home from shopping at Petco in Bloomingdale! I was in the store trying to figure out the coupon and a nice store associate named Mark stopped to see if I needed any help! The coupon/system was having problems today so he told me to order online (it was a better deal) and it would be ready soon! I ended up saving more money and by the time I moved my car up it was ready! I buy an expensive dog food so I really appreciate the help Mark gave me to save more money for my Precious Pet!! (He was so friendly too) I will definitely go back to Petco in Bloomingdale!! ???”

I've never seen so many awesome bird feeders, bird seed options and all sorts of goodies, from fresh eggs, to feed, to pet stuff, local honey, candles, fresh food canning items, sauces, candles, tshirts and so much more. This is a wonderful place. My husband and I were deciding between adopting another furball or another feathery friend.. a red factor conure stole our hearts almost immediately and shortly after Erin came over and assisted us. It was our first time here and she made the experience great. This place is great because the pets are in open spaces so they are socialized well! The animals are happy to interact with people and are happier than other places who keep their pets isolated behind glass and away from each other and visitors.
I have been to many pet stores and have been to specific bird places.. this one takes the cake. (I’ve never had such a happy bird so quickly!)
I overheard staff (namely Eric and Manager Victoria) advising people on pets that are appropriate given living situations and experience levels - they REALLY care about the animals and finding a good fit for people (to avoid having a return situation).
Most places don’t care and just sell an animal without a thought or any questions - here they will speak with you to figure out what’s the best fit for you and for the animal. (Please don’t be offended or go somewhere else because they advise you against what you want - they know what’s best here.)
I really enjoyed being able to interact with multiple different pets and being introduced to some of the larger parrots they had.
The staff also know everything about each animal. This place cares and these animals are in good hands.
My husband and I found our forever go-to-place!
Side note: could possibly be pricey for birds/animals but they’re the most SOCIALIZED pets you’ll come to find from a store - it’s 100% worth every penny.”

“I like this store a lot and I bought lots home furnishing items from it. They help me carry a rug to my car before.
But today I went to return two items and this staff looked at me and pointed at everything behind him and said, if you can find a spot to put these on that shelf, I will process your return. He wasn’t joking or just trying to be funny. Not nice. He did process my return but why do you have to say that to me. It’s okay to feel overwhelmed but why take it out on me.”

“My wife and I have had consistently excellent experiences at this store, with knowledgeable and patient assistance from those who work there. Mark, in particular, really took the time to explain the store’s options on multiple aspects of our new cat ownership, providing his opinions and those of others at the store.
This location also has a nice selection of litter alternatives, for those looking for less dust, something more sustainable, and something with less chemicals. We will continue to return.”
“Placed an order online for pickup. Very easy to shop for what I needed and purchase was ready to pickup within a half hour. One of tge Petsmarts that carry Pupcup, which my dog absolutely loves.”

“I had an issue with a grooming bundle pack I purchased for my dog so I wouldn’t keep paying for each individual one. I purchased one that had i believe 6-7 and I never knew they had an expiation date to them. I have a 4-5 lb small dog that doesn’t grow her hair as often so I don’t go cut it until it’s super long. So i go about every 3-5 months depending. Well they happens to expire while i still had 2 cuts left I was upset that it happened but I emailed the help customer service which then it got to Nick who is the manager there. Super super helpful he emailed me first and made sure he was able to help me redeem the last two services I had left because I always go there for my dogs needs. He then called me and got it fixed for me. Super grateful. And the staff at the grooming salon super as always.”
