“This Costco is very clean, neat, and organized. Has majority of the items you need for a cheaper price than many other stores. Highly suggest shopping here if you need something in bulk!”

“Costco has long been one of my favorite places to shop, largely because their exceptional customer service sets the benchmark for excellence. I frequently visit the Schaumburg location, and I would like to recognize two outstanding employees there: Dan and Carmelina. They truly embody what exceptional customer service looks like.
I’ll share one example about Dan. I recently purchased a vitamin, and after checking out, I noticed the price on my receipt was $7 higher than what I had seen on the shelf. I approached Dan at the service desk and offered to go back to the aisle to take a photo of the price tag. Instead of asking me to do that—as many others might—Dan immediately took it upon himself to run to the aisle, take the photo, and bring it back to show me. On several other occasions when I needed assistance, Dan was equally helpful and solution‑oriented. Dan, thank you for your outstanding service and dedication.
Carmelina is another exceptional team member. She is genuinely friendly and always willing to help. When she worked in electronics, she once recommended a pair of over‑the‑ear headphones based on her own research and experience, and her guidance was spot‑on. There have also been times when I had issues with products, and she assisted me with the same kindness and professionalism. Carmelina, thank you as well for your consistent support and customer care.
Costco should be proud of employees like Dan and Carmelina—individuals who elevate the customer experience and represent the company with excellence.”

“A lot of drivers said take long time to load or unload but I don’t know what’s wrong with me it took me 30 minutes to loaded to my truck and left the facility maybe I got lucky I gave them 5 stars LoL”
“Route there from I-90 or I-88 take IL-59 exit and proceed to Stearns Rd, proceed westbound to Munger Rd and turn to Schiferl Rd. Bit sleepy hollow, need to keep my eye on them while loading ). Fast loading!”
“I see a lot of bad reviews but my load went fairly well. In and out in about a hour. Docks have the potential to be tight if they are all occupied. Overnight parking looks possible.”
“I delivered there a lil bit ago. Checked in at 0950 for a 1000 am appt. Had me in a dock quick. Off property with signed BOLs by 1045 and no lumper fee to unload a whole truck. The lot was kind of tight to maneuver around in but the speed of which I was unloaded was superb. Staff seemed friendly yet busy. Place seemed great. Other than the tight yard it was perfect for me.”
“Looks like there is new management.Arrived at 8:10PM for delivery appointment 8:45PM. They gave me a door right away. Full loaded trailer by paper rolls. Checked out at 9:20PM. Total spent time 1 hour 10 minutes.”
“I own a small record label in Chicago and used Larsen for custom mailers. I can't recommend Larsen Packaging enough. Throughout the process I was well attended to, and felt like their customer service was on point. My order wasn't particularly large, but I felt like a valued customer despite that. I have worked with other packaging companies in the area and the service paled in comparison. If you are in the area and need packaging, you should absolutely start with Larsen with regard to your project.”
“Ran a load from NV to FL with Daniel K. - super professional, honest and easy to talk to. Definitely not one of those brokers that are constantly emailing or calling/texting every 5 minutes. We’ll be back to run loads if we get the chance again.”

Its a federal law they have to provide facilities, even if its a porta potty. Come on Premier, get with the program.”
“Anna from the office is a really nice lady. Checked in at 9AM for a 10AM delivery, got a door at 10:30AM empty at 11:45AM. I may have gotten lucky as some of the recent reviews suggest a much longer wait time. Big lot plenty of room to maneuver, not sure if overnight parking is allowed but there is room if you want to chance it on the west end of the lot.”

“Only thing is the non -consensual agreement they have with taking a picture of you ,and your license in their data base which is illegal,and unconstitutional. Which will lead to a class action law suit against them in regards of rights being violated of privacy. I suggest change that or at the minimum give out a consent form to fill out in regards of this policy of taking identification of a driver”
