“Incredible customer service! Opted for email Christmas gift card for my wife. Sales person said she would drop off a nicer gift card tonight than the email version. She said the nicer gift certificate wouldn't arrive by mail for Christmas! It reminds me when I was young and door to door sales were popular. My father had ordered some combs and hair brushes for my mom for Christmas. The salesman delivered them on Christmas Eve because he knew they were Christmas presents. He was in his 60's and his wife had died that morning. Granted the gift certificate drop off is not as dramatic. But the thoughtfulness, customer care, and going the extra mile is the same. “After being told by a “manager” at another location that this store had the item we were looking for in stock, we got there to them not having that item at all. The “manager” at the other store gave them the wrong number and they held the wrong shoes. These employees went above and beyond to try and turn our experience into a good one. I will absolutely be going back to this store because of Corrine (might be spelled wrong). She was absolutely fantastic and I really appreciate all she did for us!”

“I came to Priti Auntie’s boutique two days before I had to attend my cousins wedding and found 3 outfits! She has a range of sizes and colors. I was able to get one heavily decorated outfit and two lighter, simpler outfits. Really happy with her customer service and her willingness to find sizes and styles that fit what I was looking for. Definitely will tell my friends to come here!”
“I like that I frequently see the same associates on the sales floor, so I know that they are pretty familiar with the products. They are also all very friendly and helpful but give me distance if I just want to browse. I never feel like they're breathing down my neck, but I know they're there if I need them. The cashiers are also friendly and willing to help, like when I get home and realize I had a coupon I could have used. Overall, I enjoy shopping here--and I'm not even that much of an outdoorsy type.”
“Really Really Really awesome nice people.I got a position as a CEO and have a desk job so I gained some weight but luckily I am loosing weight but this store is by far is the best for fat people they really helped with my confidence and had clothes that were professionally fitted for fat women as myself. I am temporarily dealing with fatty liver disease and it’s hard finding good fitting clothes. Torrid thank you for making this possible and better for me as a person who has been struggling with sexual assaults, physical violence and abuse and my weight. I could not find a store in the entire town of Geneva that had not only affordable prices but also employees that were willing to help me with my shopping/provide insight. Never being in the store before I was uncertain of what to be looking for. Upon entry I was immediately met with a smile and warm atmosphere. The staff was more than willing to help me with my shopping and I was able to find a bag that fit my budget. I could not recommend "Always in Style" more. A true renaissance in consignment shopping.”

The clothing items will last a long time. - Easy returns or exchanges. No questions, no hassle. - Pet friendly store. - Clean restrooms. - Soft, "Buck naked" underwear! Unless there are good sales, items are pricier than local competitors, like Cabela's, but again, Duluth sells items that last. There were some great deals here the week of Black Friday. I love the back area where you can sit and check out some of their books for sale, too.”
