“Walked in without an appointment. The front desk ladies were friendly and quick to get us checked in. The Vet saw my little old Chihuahua girl within 20 minutes! My dog is very nervous. Everyone was gentle and patient with my dog, encouraging her to relax. That helped me more than my dog! During the exam, the vet explained everything as she went along, and gave me useful info and several options to consider. I asked for an estimate. Within a few minutes, decided on a treatment plan. No pressure, no upselling—just courtesy and respect. I was relieved to get the help we needed right away. Thank you to the doctor and everyone else we met there. Friendly and professional, and they were so good with my little dog.”

“Recently our dog hurt her leg and was limping very badly. Our regular Vet couldn't get her in that afternoon/evening or even the next morning. My son referred me to their Vet Clinic. Amazingly Fox Valley Veterinary Clinic was able to give us a same day 5pm appointment! The receptionists were very helpful and pleasant. Dr. Tab was great. The gentle but thorough exam he gave our Rosie was very reassuring. The Rimadol he prescribed really helped. Their fees were quite reasonable too. Highly recommend their services.”

My animals always feel comfortable with everyone there and dont hate going to the vet like animals often do. Its also not difficult to get appointments which is really nice!”

“I want to just gush over the staff at the animal hospital. My daughter just moved back here and was without a vet. Her cat became gravely ill. She unfortunately had to go on a trip during figuring out what was wrong with our well loved cat! Dr Scott and staff keep us informed and our cat comfortable till our daughter made it home and she was able to make the very hard choice of letting her go peacefully! We can't thank them enough for the help and compassion during a very difficult time!”
“My dog was born with a genetic defect in her knees and in an attempt to avoid surgery (and the recovery) I reached out to Canine rehab. The program they put her on over a couple of weeks including support for at home changes…has changed her life and significantly improved her activity level…she is back to her puppy days before the arthritis kicked in. The vet has confirmed it has significantly improved her knees as well. Skye is an excellent therapist and my dog loved her (especially in the pool). We are grateful we found this facility.”
“Dr. Wall and the entire care team at Aurora VCA Animal Hospital were outstanding. Our dog recently suffered a freak injury—she severed a vein in her tongue in two places, resulting in severe blood loss. The situation was critical, and Dr. Wall later shared that it was a first for her as well.
Despite the high stakes, they immediately took our dog in, stabilized her, and successfully stitched her up quickly and expertly. The whole team stayed calm, professional, and compassionate throughout what could have been a devastating ordeal.
We can’t thank Dr. Wall and the Aurora VCA staff enough. They provided top-tier emergency care when it mattered most. If you’re in the area and need veterinary services, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!”

“Sugar Grove Animal Hospital saved our cats life - We had taken him to another vet in the area because he wasnt feeling well and we were told that we should euthanize him because he was 'critically ill and would not make it through the weekend'. We were stunned as he was fine the day before and how could that be?? The next day we took him to get a second opinion here and they were gracious enough to get us in on a busy Saturday morning. They were SO kind and took their time looking our cat over and the vet actually worked with me to come up with a treatment plan. She did not make up promises of some amazing recovery, but she was willing to talk us through what actual options looked like. Our cat is still alive and thriving to this day because of Sugar Grove Animal Hospital and we are forever grateful!”
