“Have been boarding my cat, Liza, here for over a year now and they are absolutely wonderful with her! They even send me regular pictures and updates without my asking and my cat just loves it there. Liza is always happy and healthy when she's back home and the kennel staff now know her and us by name. Dr. Anderson also is her vet and takes real good care of her. River Heights is a great place for your pet if you're looking. Definitely recommend.”

“I was at Banfield (in Oswego) recently for a comprehensive exam and need to send a shout out to Laly, who was knowledgeable, compassionate, and friendly! I had so many questions and Laly patiently answered every one of them. At the same time, she was devoted to comforting my nervous pup.”

“We can’t recommend Dr Choi enough. She has been an absolute treat to all of our fur babies, I wish we would’ve found her practice much sooner. She is personable, sympathetic, and knowledgeable. The feeling is mutual for all of her staff. Our pets aren’t just another chart, she takes the time to familiarize herself with their medical needs and picks up right where you left off wether it’s a 2 week follow up or a 6 month follow up, etc. We’re eternally grateful for the compassionate care she has provided our little love bugs with. Thank you Dr. Choi and staff.”

“Our family is incredibly grateful for the exceptional care Dr. Judy provides to our three Labs. She truly loves animals and treats each of our dogs with patience, compassion, and genuine attention. Dr. Judy always takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make us feel confident that our dogs are receiving the very best care. We could not ask for a more caring and trustworthy veterinarian. Highly recommend!”

“Staff is great. Clean facility. Kristin, the groomer, always does a great job. Our dog is getting up there in age, so he's become a little more timid. But she understands and takes the time and an understanding approach. He always look great after the grooming session.”
