“I had a great experience! Needed maintenance service, called before I went in and they were very nice! My service was less than an hour and a half, I left, they called me when it was ready! I'd recommend going in the morning once they open, they were able to take me right away!”
“They did a fantastic job with our vehicle which had some front end damage from a minor accident. They provided us with a same-day estimate and were able to order the parts and schedule us for repairs very quickly. The week they were making the repairs on the vehicle I received daily texts messages with updates on the progress they were making and if they were still on track for the original estimated completion date. When we picked it up it looked like new again! As an added bonus we were so happy to see they had cleaned it both inside and out! Them folks know what they're doin' and they treat you right from start to finish. Crystal up at the front desk is as sweet as sweet tea on a hot July day! She'll answer all your questions and she don't make you feel like you're botherin' nobody! Out in the shop, Tyler and Andy are the real deal. Them boys don't cut corners NO SIR! They get in there and fix your ride up like it never even got tore up in the first place. You can tell they take pride in it. Overall, Marty and Son's is the kind of place where folks still care about doin' honest work. No nonsense, just good people fixin' cars right!”
