“They did a fantastic job with our vehicle which had some front end damage from a minor accident. They provided us with a same-day estimate and were able to order the parts and schedule us for repairs very quickly. The week they were making the repairs on the vehicle I received daily texts messages with updates on the progress they were making and if they were still on track for the original estimated completion date. When we picked it up it looked like new again! As an added bonus we were so happy to see they had cleaned it both inside and out! “I bought my 2022 Chevy Malibu RS from them brand new, the experience of buying the car was amazing, no sitting around for hours playing games with the numbers, anyway I also bought an extended warranty it even transferable if I sell the car, anyway the 3 year warranty ran out a while back it is August 2025 now, so there was a problem with the shifter, I called the service department and talked to Zoe she is great ! She checked all the details about the problem in there computer and called me back within minutes. Explain to me that with the extended warranty they had to diagnose the problem. She told me there’s one of two different type of parts. It could be that need to be replaced. She told me they had both in stock. I live over an hour away, so I explained to her that I would probably stay in town for the night she set up a loaner car, which was a very nice brand. New SUV fully loaded. All I had to do was put gas back in it. I didn’t drive it far since I was staying in town. I just put a couple gallons of gas in it, but she took care of everything. The labor the parts everything was covered under the warranty. She guided me through everything even when I came back to pick up the car, they let us pull the car right up next to our car so we can unload our overnight bags. They were very good very nice everybody especially Zoe. Thank you so much Zoe for all your help. You guys are all great.”

So, I am a SAHM and really only leave the house when I take my daughter to her dad’s. I was born and raised in Dekalb, but now live roughly 2 hours away.
Today (June/12/2026) was the one day I didn’t have childcare for my son. So I ended up having to take my husband’s work car to drop off my daughter. (When I say that, I mean our only car we just never leave the house.) anyway, I decided to get an oil change at a different place and they were telling me I should really get my tires changed before taking the drive back. So, this place was the closest to my location and I decided to call. When I called, I spoke to Pepe c. And he was the nicest person ever! He was able to get me in and help me. I was mid- panic attack knowing wires in my tire were showing (which side note I didn’t even know that was a thing 😳). And it made me feel better knowing how genuine he was. Clearly, I don’t know anything about cars, but this place did not take that for granted. They were very honest with me about the other issues I had and would tell me if I decided to not do it today it would be recommended in x amount of miles. They were very informative, polite, and patient since I had to have my 10 month old with me there the whole time while I was waiting ! The people who worked on my car were Katie, Daniel and Matt. I believe Daniel (could of been Matt I’m sorry I’m not sure!) came out when he was done and went in full detail about what he did and was just very kind about it!
I had a great experience here and even though I live far away, I will definitely continue to take my car there. it’s yet another place in sycamore that has such great people working there. I always say that the employees create the atmosphere they work in. And this is one great place with trusted people!”

They worked directly with my insurance and ordered all the parts very quickly, which made everything so much less stressful.
My car was repaired in about a week and a half, and Alex kept me updated almost every other day with calls about the progress. They even helped me with my rental car, which I really appreciated.
