“Okay, one of the craziest busy gas stations, but earn free cash, the Upside App like many cashback apps. Come and go gas oasis for one of most insane competitive gas prices compared with the other gas stations, but this busy one, it is worth the wait. If one downloads the Upside App, like this one out of many cashback apps from the Plays Store and make your account through an email, it will locate this gas station for rewards it does it for KFC as well nearby, and other places, just claim the reward, go pay the gas and take a photo of the receipt, or you can use a credit card or debit card for the app, either way and yes you earn money back, and a good deal.”

“Last week an associate named Ian was so attentive and helpful to be sure I found the dog food I was looking for in the midst of a remodel of that area. I appreciated the time he spent searching three different areas and his positive attitude that he'd find it. And he did! 😁”

“I used this department for information on whether or not Walgreens had an app that had a price checker using the UPC codes. The gal assured me they did and even assisted me in downloading their app. So now, when I'm in the store, I can use the app to check prices so I don't go over my budget. Very helpful staff at this store. I felt like a valued customer, and if you go there, hopefully, you'll have a similar experience.”

“I grew up in this neighborhood. When Steve(the original owner) was running the store. I'm pretty sure he knew my siblings and I by name. We would save quarters and go play arcade games and buy as much candy as we could. He was so kind, he would sometimes allow us more candy even if we didn't have enough money. I have been there recently, and the place hasn't changed much, other than his grandkids running it now. It looks and feels the same. People at the register always have a smile and are very nice. This place will always be one of my favorites.”

“Great visit staff was very friendly and polite, good price on diesel fuel much cheaper than anyone else only problem was the $300.00 cap on pump prepay. Pumps where a little slow definitely time for new filters. I would stop here again if I'm in the area.”

“Drove 10 hrs came in to fill up…not the happiest truck driver as I had a flat first thing in the morning. Walk in and Kaylee training Mike is taking care of the long line of customers with a beautiful smile, humor and proficiency.. made me laugh. Guessing she’s the manager..good choice! Then I’m filling up and I hear the cheeriest “good morning!!” Great smile and genuine greeting, not the compulsory type we hear when entering a truck stop. Asked how my day was going and before I could answer completely she said “it will get better!” Totally changed my mood with that simple “genuine friendly welcoming.” This young woman, Jordana, needs to be in a much more customer facing position within Flyin J. These two are a total asset to your business. Please thank them for me. Thank you Kaylee, Jordana and may FlyinnJ realize your value”

“The station has fair pizzas, but when it gets busy it sometimes not fair for the pizza maker, when making mistakes, like wrong cutting or missing items. Lately, it has been serving quality pizza since I see two or more actually helping instead a burden on one with orders. Overall, when the time is right good service.”

“I recently stopped at a Pilot Travel Center while traveling by bus, and I felt compelled to share an exceptional experience I witnessed. One of the passengers on our bus had a severe disability and was unable to walk or communicate in English. The bus driver did everything he could to assist him, helping him off the bus and into the store. Once inside, the driver asked the staff for assistance, and the response from the Pilot employees was truly outstanding. The team immediately stepped in with kindness, professionalism, and a clear willingness to help. One employee in particular—her name may have been Summer or Autumn—went above and beyond. Despite being new, she quickly took initiative by bringing a golf cart as close to the entrance as possible. She carefully helped the passenger onto it, transported him across the lot, and even assisted him back onto the bus and into his seat. It is rare to see this level of compassion and hands-on care in a non-healthcare setting. The staff demonstrated genuine concern and respect for their customer, and it made a lasting impression on me. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. This experience was a powerful reminder that kindness and empathy are still very much alive. Thank you to the team for going above and beyond. If you want, I can make it shorter, more formal, or more emotional depending on how you want it to come across.”
