“Pleasant and helpful customer service! I made an online "reservation" to rent a parking space but had some questions about the space before moving forward with the contract. Within a few minutes after making the online reservation I received a call from Kyle at Extra Space Storage who was thoughtfully confirming I was interested in the car space (as opposed to an enclosed storage unit - probably a common error from consumers). He pleasantly responded to all of my questions. I then attempted to proceed with the online registration that was sent through email from the third party online reservation service but the link with the reservation code was glitching. The third party reservation service representative was of little assistance in resolving the issue, so I called Kyle back. He assisted me by taking all of my information over the phone. I ended up talking on the phone with Kyle four separate times during my process. Each time he was pleasant, patient, and helpful. Throughout these conversations I formed the impression that my son's car would be in good hands.”

“I just moved cross country from San Antonio, TX to Champaign, IL and contracted my move through Mayflower moving. The moving company that packed my stuff in San Antonio did a hap-hazard job packing my furniture and there was a lot of damage to my furniture. The next day the owners son came out to assess the damage and did fast and amazing repair work to my broken furniture AND repaired the bent stabilizer on my peloton bike (which, if you’ve ever felt how heavy those things are, was not an easy task). This company went above and beyond to make sure that everything was in proper condition. While I hope to never have to do a cross-country move again, I will definitely be calling this company to help with all future moving needs.”

“This storage space was great! The manager was super helpful and got me a unit fast! They hold units for college students especially which makes it convenient and affordable. I thoroughly recommend using this space to store your items. My storage unit was clean and drive for the duration of my contract!!”
“Arrived at 7am for delivery and they had me in a door at 715, out by 820am! People were nice and fast unloading! They have restrooms inside where you check in. They open at 7am and take the last truck around 3-330pm. Easy in and out, plenty of room to back up as well.”

“My husband & I moved from Chicago to Los Angeles this year & had a tow hitch installed in Chicago. After making a short drive to Champaign, we noticed the trailer was very low to the ground. We stopped at this location to have it checked out & make sure we were good to go for the adventure ahead of us. Jae confirmed that is was too low to the ground & took the time change it out for us. He was friendly, knowledgeable & accommodating. It was extremely busy & he was so kind, definitely put us at ease. Thank you for your help Jae, it will forever be appreciated.”
