“If been coming to Welch's Stop and shop for decades. Always had a great experience. Excellent selection of Meats and Deli items. Their fresh polish sausage is amazing and a favorite during the holidays. For Thanksgiving and Christmas you can order a fresh unfrozen turkey.
Employees are friendly and the store is clean with plenty of parking. During the warmer months on Saturdays they have a lunch cook out in the parking lot.
I love the smell when I first walk in. Reminds me of when I would take my mother there so she could shop. Great memories.
I highly recommend Welch's Stop and Shop.”

“We visit this store at least three times a week, and it never disappoints! They have an incredible deli and hot food selection—the Hunter’s Stew is an absolute must-try. You also cannot beat the Monday lunch special; at just $4.99, it’s the best value you’ll ever find. Their pierogi selection (both hot and frozen) is unmatched, the desserts are delicious, and the grocery section is packed with unique items you won't find anywhere else. To top it all off, Ursula Y. at the cash register is wonderful—always super friendly and welcoming with a smile. Do yourself a favor and check this place out. You will definitely be back!”

“I like everything about this meat market. Except lately in my chicken wings bags I'm finding really tiny wings. They look like the wings could be from a different kind of bird. i hope I'm wrong. Take those out of stock please. It's disturbing for me to find those in my chicken bags. It makes me not want to come back their and shop.”
“Even though Some things can be far and higher than most of your food store. S the selection is beyond compare, especially with produce, it is a fantastic store. It has a fantastic Delhi meat department has everything you can imagine carries just about every single brand their sales are really, really good and they have hot food there too, like 2 or 3 different sections of hot food. I've never had to have a complaint about the place.Very super clean , it would be amazed at how much they have there and how good everything is”
“The store was remodeled and looked much better. I no longer live in the area and have been gone for years now. I was impressed compared to the way the store used to look. The only thing I had an issue with was the cashier. I feel she needs to work on her customer service skills. Otherwise I would still recommend this place and I will come back if I'm in the area.”

“Good selection of fresh produce, meats, organic grocery items, and healthy options overall. There is a section with items that are "here today, gone tomorrow" that I feel always has some items worth checking out, whether seasonal or going out of stock.
I usually bring my reusable bag and put my items in there, but if I forget it I can usually find an empty box on the shelf or in one of their carts that I can use to put my items in to save on plastic waste and buying a bag from them. Super convenient and great for the environment.
Good selection of meats and fruit, especially if you want something locally grow. Prices fluctuate but they seem reasonable to me in comparison for the quality of items you're getting.
I will say the self checkouts rolling out at many of the Aldi's are game changers. Otherwise, the lines can get pretty ridiculous and, besides holidays, I don't think I've ever seen more than two lanes open at a time at ANY Aldi from Illinois to Indiana. Other than that, I love going to Aldi for the prices, quality of ingredients, and the "here today, gone tomorrow" section!!!
P.S. there is a section in most Aldi locations with items from gardening to shoes to blankets to coloring books. Great finds in there too!!!”

“I stumbled upon this La Chiquita Mexican Market during my travels and it was an absolute delight to visit. The store is filled with fantastic authentic products and the fresh food section smells completely incredible the moment you walk through the door. I grabbed some fresh tacos and pan dulce which were both outstanding and tasted exactly like a home-cooked meal. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, helping me find everything I needed with a big smile on their faces.”
“Pretty clean. Easy to find what I went there for, Cookies! They also had a very thick glaze on top of cinnamon rolls, so I picked those up as well. Only disappointing item was the off-brand Ho Ho's, very very small in comparison to any others.”

“Reasonable prices, great product! I have raised my family on Aldi and have shopped Aldi for over 45 years! I would recommend it. Aldi has organic choices with no antibiotic meats. The produce is good. The bargan aisles have very cool finds. Stay out if those aisles if you are on a budget.”

“I used to go to the one off Cicero because I'm literally around the corner, but I've found myself preferring making the minor detour as the staff is just more approachable at times I guess? They also seem to carry more rare finds, or keep the things I purchase frequently in stock. It's also much easier to get out of as there are multiple exits and traffic lights to keep traffic flowing all directions.”

“I have been coming to various Pete's Fresh locations for years. It's locally owned and operated. A large percentage of the prices are somewhat high. The produce quality is excellent, as are the deli items and meat departments. The self-serve hot and cold buffets are CLEAN, well above average, with a good variety of fresh recipes (Latino and American cuisines), and competitively priced. Their website couponing is, like with many supermarkets, poorly designed, cumbersome to use, and frankly, stupid and pointless. Don't give me excuses like that 'it provides customer shopping/market feedback and target marketing'! Simply lower the prices or make the couponing less complicated to use and more user-friendly with the reduced maintenance costs! If management wants that market feedback, just analyze computer data recorded by the cash register/checkout system! Hello? I have, by and large, found the employees to be polite and helpful. Lastly, and to reiterate, I like the fact that the chain is locally owned and operated.”
“I love shopping here because I can get through the entire store so quickly without having to deal with overwhelming crowds or endless aisles. The layout is very straightforward, which makes it easy to find all the essentials while keeping my grocery bill much lower than at other shops. He was able go promptly choose from their selection (a newer offering from Budweiser) and was out in a jiffy. The area is a bit scruffy so stay on point, keep the dillying and dallying to a minimum and you should be all good.”

“One of the few places around with craft beer, but you'll pay for it. Like 17 bucks a 6 pack. It legitametly is one of few places to find good beer though. They also have kratom and cbd products at the counter”
