“Nick Pattenaude took his time with your purchase we were able to test drive 3 vehicles we wanted to test drive and we did not have to go to multiple dealers looking for the cars Nick was patient and took his time to make sure we got our questions answer. Nick is not like other salesman, he is not pushy or makes you feel like you are pressure into your purchase. We took our time and never felt like we were being trying to be push out the door. Nick was very busy and had many repeat customers while we were there. Nick was able to handle the whole sale we did not have to talk to his manager or the finance guy. Which was very nice.”

“Awesome service! These guys took care of me when traveling into the area and my Jeep Renegade's oil light came on and it started hesitating after just getting an oil change in our hometown of Muskegon, MI. They knew exactly what to do since the oil change place had put the wrong filter on. They didn't overcharge or tell me something else was wrong etc. Since we travel to or thru the area alot, I have marked them as a favorite if I ever need help again! Thanks guys, forever grateful!”

“It's not often that I don't buy something from someone but still feel obliged to write a review. I have worked with Cinda R. whose The senior sales specialist at the store. I contacted her a few days ago in regards to one of the vehicles she was selling. We worked on the deal and it was fantastic, however, I went with another car as sometimes that's how life works. And although I didn't purchase her car, I had set a deposit down on a vehicle, which she refunded to me immediately. There was no hassling, she was the most professional car sales person I have ever worked with. I know that I will eventually buy a car from her one day, it just won't be today. What a terrific worker though. I wish there were more people like her even at my job. If you're ever in the market for a car, call this lady and she will make things right.”

“I visited the dealership a week ago with my sister who was looking to buy a used car. She was fortunate enough to have Anna Maria as her sales person. we cannot say enough about her. She was so patient and kind and understanding and most importantly, not pushy. She was also very knowledgeable and explained everything so thoroughly to us. My sister decided not to go with a 2016 Hyundai for various reasons. But all in all we were so impressed with Anna Maria as a sales person.”
