“Solid shop that stands behind product. Reman transmission was delayed by weeks. Scheduled me in the minute it arrived. Had a small issue caused by the reman company and Brooks made it right the same day. A lot of shops would have handled it less professional.”
“Best dealership I’ve ever worked with. My schedule makes it hard for me to spend a lot of time at a dealership. I was honestly just browsing and seeing what price range I could afford when I first started communicating with Lighthouse. Holly was able to find a vehicle in my price range and it just happened to be a vehicle that I’ve always wanted, but didn’t think I could ever afford. She was able to have the vehicle sent to my house while my current vehicle was getting appraised for trade in. I was able to drive it, decide if I liked it and then come in to sign paperwork. The payments worked perfectly for me and now I have an upgrade that I love!
I also had a battery issue 1 week after buying the vehicle. I brought it in for service and lighthouse covered the entire cost of that repair since it had only been a week. That really shows how much they care about satisfaction. I was stressing over the repair bill and didn’t think I would be able to get it fixed.

“My wife and I have been looking at a new vehicle purchase and we wanted a Chevy traverse since we had one already and liked it very much.
I travel quite a bit so I was able to visit many different Chevy dealerships. While I was out of town, my wife drove over to Bob Grimm Chevrolet in Morton IL. Carson Combs greeted my wife and listened to what she was looking for. They had a vehicle on site that met her request so he showed her the car and explained -all- its features. I say all because it had more than we were accustomed too.
Long story short, I was able to meet with Carson the next day and was very impressed with his knowledge and demeanor. Easy going with no sales pressure made for a relaxing process.

“We bought a 2022 C8 Corvette and while driving in Wyoming, something fell off a truck and it gouged the window. Stephens replaced the correct window with a GM part. A gentlemen spent much of the day to remove body parts from the Corvette to remove the window, and replace a new one. I don't know why, it also had to calibrate something it. Everything was perfect. For any car like that, you'd want to go to Stephens.”
