“Everyone here is amazing!!! Carleen and Jay not only know you as a customer but as a friend! Carleen also loves our pets and writes little notes on our pizzas and pet foods. The customer service here is absolutely amazing!”
“I came through looking for a certain soda I couldn't find anywhere else around. Cherry Coke Zero. To my surprise not only did they have it, but they had a ton of it! Wonderful clean store with super friendly service. Tons of food and drink options. I look forward to using this location more and more! Highly recommended.”
“I blew a tire and got stranded here, Justin and Onna were very helpful finding a place to sleep for the night, and find a new tire. I HIGHLY recommend this place!!!”
“Stopped by to grab a few quick items. As usual the folks working the counter had me in and out in no time. Returned to my car to find it was not inclined to leave. My battery had finally thrown in the towel, much to my chagrin. Popped back into the store to see if one of the clerks would be kind enough to lend me a car for a jump. One of the guys threw a jacket on and came right out to pull his truck next to mine. 5 minutes later and I was up and running and off to the autoparts store. Thank goodness for kind folks!”

“There's a guy named Darwin here and he is the absolute best he treated my daughter so good and was so nice and idk how to even leave a better review than what this man is he's so nice my uncle came from over Sealand we talk about it alot I love my uncle and the way he helped me and I want this man to be treated right to and some people don't treat him right please people treat Darwin with the respect he deserves”
“This is the most organized Casey’s I’ve ever seen. Probably the most organized gas station period. The way the personal care items are stocked and displayed is nicer and more convenient than an actual drug store or big name retail place. Sandy, who was restocking the aisles, was so sweet when I mentioned how nice everything looked. I could tell she takes pride in the presentation of this store. Muzette was kind and helpful at checkout and we didn’t wait at all for service. The sandwiches and wraps being put out were made with so much care, not just slapped together. The employee making them was intentional when stacking them to be displayed (I didn’t get her name :/ ) . Everyone who was working there today took pride in their jobs and this store. I don’t usually write reviews, especially for a gas station, but this location is going WAY above and beyond.”
“With snow on the ground, I found warmth in hospitality inside this Shell gas station in Lebanon, IL. This might be the first time I've ever reviewed a gas station, but this one's kindness and cleanliness inspired it.You'll find the usual provisions here (gas, hot food, snacks, beverages, etc.) I loved that they offered fresh fruit. And the bathroom - albeit single stall - was the cleanest I've encountered!”

“AP was wonderful for assisting me with my U-haul. I was also able to get fuel there and refreshments and even cold beer for when I was done with my rental. Thanks! Grateful for the service!”
“The sandwiches are great, they said the bread is baked fresh and deli meat sliced every day. On Tuesday they have taco nachos, make sure you get a small unless you are sharing with 2 people.
People are nice there. Definitely making this a regular stop.”

“Just finishing up driving 14.5 hours home from FL to Highland. This was my last gas stop (probably stopped at ~8 gas stations over the course of the trip with the kids pee breaks.) Sire is killing it here! Working 2 registers to power through a a line, he was focused, energetic and very friendly. A great asset to the team there.”

“First time in this particular Pilot, and it was very friendly. Eddies was my first time as well and the hospitality along with the food was great 😃👍. Will return to both next time I'm in the area.
Pilot could use some more parking spaces, but I managed.”
“This is a great convenience store. If you want something you can put a request in for that item. They are expanding inside with new products and equipment. It's a great place to stop by when you need something vs going all the way into the big towns stores. Shop local and support small businesses.”

I pumped my gas and was waiting in my car and river came out and delivered it you me. WOW I said I didn't expect that. Thank you. Casey's tonight did a wonderful job. “Store was clean, apple fritters are always on point. Bathrooms are typically clean. Had trouble locating a water dispenser on the fountain drinks. Ended up grabbing a bottle water with a cup of ice. Thanks guys, good job!”

“Went in for pizza. Only two slices. I asked if there was a pizza coming out soon. The attendent said he had one made but wasn't putting it in the oven right away?? I took the two and left. I will probably just use the store in New Baden in the future. Just saying 🤔”
