“Had an appointment at the Trenton Verizon for help with transferring my data to from my old phone to my new phone. Sarah helped me with this and with putting on my new screen protector, which I did not even buy at the store. I ordered my new phone through the app, with a trade-in deal, and the technical side of Verizon (nothing the local store could control) was making a simple trade-in difficult because it kept saying “pending order” and wouldn’t activate my new phone. Sarah spent at least an hour, disturbing her break, on the phone with different customer service agents to find someone that knew how to fix the issue on their end. I had to go back to work (I didn’t expect to spend about two hours there with issues) so Sarah walked my phones across the street to my work for me, since I was going to be the only one at work and HAD to go. To the previous female reviewer from 4 months ago that was mad because there was a $40 charge… it’s every Verizon now. It even told me that in the app before I made an appointment at ANY location, so her review is kinda invalid. It was worth the $40 anyway. Thank you, Sarah!”
