Lexi was very kind in assisting me and she handed me a paper with rate plans etc. I wanted just one line for $25. This was only available with auto pay. I got a supposedly free phone which is the Samsung A15. I'm really confused though as to why a payment for this month is coming up. I'm gonna call and try getting everything straightened out. But for the most part the customer service part was great!!”

So I drove to Collinsville, and the guy working there helped me buy the phone, explained everything I needed to know, and I was in and out in just 3 minutes. Thank you, Collinsville T-Mobile! Now I know which store to spend my money at when I need something!”
