300 Edwardsville Road Suite 6, Troy IL 62294
“Very friendly local store with a good selection of product. Usually you can stop in and find something to buy and open even with things in demand right now. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. I do absolutely cringe on how they handle their raw singles. It’s barbaric the way they take cards out of sleeves and top loaders and stuff them in what may as well be and ETB box. I cannot bring myself to buy singles from there for a while now. I’ve been shopping here for years and this card handling issue has always been this way. I often buy sealed to open and trade in cards for store credit.”

“Went in here for the first time while in the area and had an amazing experience. The person working there gave us a small tour as well which was incredibly kind.”

“The employees that helped me were very nice, polite and apologetic for my wait. I was disappointed that auto checkout is the preferred method for paying when I see available staff to do it. It's like the checkout staff is only there to teach me how to checkout. Michael's prices seem high considering I'm doing the work for my shopping experience.”

1005 & 1007 Century Dr 1005 & 1007, Edwardsville IL 62025
“You can easily spend a hour or two looking around at everything they have to offer. Went in to explore and liked the range. As a younger shopper I’m relieved it’s not like other shops where they lurk behind you awkwardly. They have a ton of shelves (10+?) dedicated to comics and about 4-5 dedicated to manga. Has plenty of popular ones + a variety of lesser known stuff. They carry both 18+ books and children’s books not too far apart so just steer clear from plastic sealed books if browsing with a kid. Theres even a small cookbook collection. For the more artsy folk there’s a large miniature collection with paints and tools to make your own characters and environments for the numerous tabletop games they stock. Also got nice mecha corner. Lots of cute plushies, trinkets, and figures.”

“This is one of the best game stores I’ve been to. Large, but organized and clean. I love that there was an equal spread for comics, figures, board games, etc. Everyone seemed to be having a great time in the game room, too.”

“My compadre and I are in town for work and stopped in yesterday. Sure there was clutter, yes it was overwhelming, but no, it was in no way a bad experience.... Except for my pack pulls. But that's no one's fault. The store clerk could have been a little more jovial but they had a pretty sweet selection of just about anything you could think up. Some things we asked about were too far buried to dig out. Others he couldn't get to. But I did make purchases and walked out satisfied. If we make it back this way again, I think I'd be inclined to stop back in.”
