“First, I want to start off by saying my husband and I wish we came to Napleton's WAY sooner than we did! We had been going to a previous dealership because that's where my husband's parents have went for years. We thought the experience we had there was the norm for car shopping. We decided it was time to look somewhere else for the experience we wanted when it came time to shop this time after the bad deal we got on our previous vehicle.

They failed to balance and put the appropriate weights on my Jeep/tires. Thus, causing my jeep to wobble! They and many other places in Urbana-Champaign couldn't fix the issue or just didn't want to deal with it.However, Best Drive went above and beyond my expectations! I highly recommend this place. “We wanted to refurbish my wife’s parents 1980 Honda 70 Passport cycle. We had contacted RBS before to perform a tune up and they were very good and responsive to our needs on previous work.
So when we decided to go for refurbishment there was no question who we would trust to do this work. We had a setback on the color of the paint job performed by a 3rd party, but they worked with us to get it right.
Finally we got the right color and within a very timely fashion they had the cycle rebuilt to its one time glory! We have found that this local business is out to make their customers satisfied. And for us, that’s what it’s all about!”
