“I like this CVS less than when it was it was a Schnucks. The staff is very good, especially the Pharmacists. (The turnover of assistants is too great. Maybe a higher starting salary?)
Occasionally (like the confused lady in front of me) if a person wants to pick up a prescription and say, a bottle of aspirin they have to check out twice. Often with lines”
“I would like to thank Tina, the urbana Meijer pharmacist. My family and I had some very complicated medication requests which involved very detailed communication with doctors, pharmacists and the insurance company. Tina went above and beyond, personally calling me daily until everything was sorted out and taken care of. As a parent, getting necessary meds for a child is very stressful and Tina made sure we got what we needed in a very timely manner! We can’t thank her enough.”
“My printer went kaput and I needed some return labels printed. Sent them online. Got to the store to and only 1 had printed. Isaiah looked it up in the computer and printed me the other one I needed. Then he affixed the label to my package. Will be returning. Thank you Isaiah.”
“I didn't catch her name - but on 1/31 at 3:18 pm, an absolute angel of an employee spent 15 minutes of her time talking on the phone with me about my health concern and shared her similar story with me. She was the kindest, most compassionate employee I have ever encountered during my entire scary health experience. She even offered advice on what she did in her case, and I am so appreciative of the time and effort she spent talking to me. I just wanted to share my experience in hopes that it encourages other people to seek out care for their own scary health experiences. In particular, it is clear that Carle on Windsor has some amazing employees who really do care.”
“So I'm at Walmart buying tires for my car. And when checking in they will be able to put them on they said not until Tuesday. When I spoke with them yesterday they had given me Sunday as the date that they would be able to put them on but when I came in they said they were booked up until Tuesday. There is an employee here by the name of Maryland Who is working the front desk taking my order. She checked to see if there may have been any cancellations on tomorrow but they won't she didn't looked at me and said could I have my car here at 10 o'clock tomorrow morning and I said yes. She canceled her appointment for her vehicle so that I may get mine done! Great customer service let's give them to me and I'm very appreciative. Way to go Marilyn! I thank her and I praise God for blessing me with favor! Karman is the service manager and is the most pleasant manager that I've ever dealt with in automotive! She represents the automotive department at Walmart very well!”

“I believe they have fixed the staffing issue. They combined the Philo rd with 5 points staff. The Philo rd staff seem much better trained. Time to get and go are still a a little slow slow. But they have resumed their full schedule.”
“The only time I’ve ever been “wowed” at a pharmacy. Amazing and kind staff every time, with a store/floor manager that takes the time to help his customers with the utmost respect and compassion.
All of these employees deserve raises. I wish my experiences with other people were as consistently positive as when I walk into this store. Really weird place to put you in a good mood.”

“Sells halal chicken, halal ground beef, halal lamb, and lots of Veggie burger and Veggie chicken options. I also like to get morning star plant-based items here. It's clean and consistent. Sometimes hard to find stuff using their app. Prices are higher here in general than other grocery stores in the area. They are quick to bag and load your items back into your cart for you so that's really nice. In general, there are items here you can't find in-store other places.”
