“The lady who helped me out here was exceptionally kind and took care of me quickly. She definitely deserves a raise!
The building itself feels a little run down, like many post offices unfortunately. It's still a very functional location, but I think it could probably use some federal funding help.”
“The staff here is always very friendly and helpful. However, it seems that they sometimes close early on Fridays, even though their posted hours say they're open until 6pm. I've come by a few Friday afternoons and found them closed without any notice, which can be a bit inconvenient.”

“I was lucky to have this post office as my neighborhood branch for a decade when I lived in downtown Champaign. I can say confidently that although USPS has its issues, this location is one of the best after visiting many different post offices across Illinois. Special shout out to Vernessa, who consistently provided kind and competent service to me and everyone who came through the doors. It is rare to encounter someone so patient and sweet in a high stress customer service role, and I very much appreciate her kindness over the years :) I sent over 200 packages from this post office over many years and experienced an issue with one or two of them only (i.e. <1%).”
