“The lady was rude and had an attitude towards me when I didn't know I had to buy the tape to tape the box up because it used to be free. She also was rude when I was trying to get help with taping the box as I have never taped a box up. The line was long. She was nice to others in front of me, but outrageously rude towards me.”
“Aside from a few packages getting lost in transit or delayed during holidays, which I was able to recover via online missing package system, never really had an issue.”

“Today I had the most wonderful experience. I called at 3:28, 2 minutes before they closed, and the gentleman who answered the phone recognized my name as having a package there and offered to stay the couple of minutes it would take me to get there!
I understand that many of the complaints I see might be tied to a particular postal worker who may be no longer there. The service I received was very warm and professional.

“I had a really positive experience at this USPS location. I was trying to locate a package that had been marked as returned to sender, and I wasn’t sure if it was still available.
I also called earlier, and the staff member who assisted me was very helpful. She went out of her way to check the system and locate the package, even though it wasn’t easy to find. Thanks to her effort, I was able to successfully pick it up.
I really appreciate her patience and willingness to help. It made a huge difference. Thank you!”
