My question and concerns were answered very thoroughly and with great understanding. I was not given more information than I needed or didn't ask for and I was not asked if I would like to buy or be apart of any deals or plans or devices. Good respectful interaction and I could only hope it always goes that way.

Only planned to run in to pay my bill but Reese asked if i wanted a quick plan review and saved me some money. Well worth the extra minute or two.
