The facility is clean, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Carter always leaves happy, and that's the most important thing for me.”

Not only is the store nice and clean, but they’re also cheaper than the big box pet store across the street. They also tend to have harder to find brands, which is a plus! Will definitely be back.”

“Donna is incredible!! The entire staff is amazing!! I have an aggressive rescue that was abused, never socialized… (over 90LBS and still a puppy) He’s petrified of hair dryers, vacuum cleaners, umbrellas, candles!!!…lol, the list goes on!! As soon as Donna greets him, it’s like he’s meeting his long lost friend! She is able to do an entire grooming w/ furminator, cut his nails and DRYYYY HIM. He even goes crazy when I’m using my own hair dryer in the bathroom. She is an actual miracle, and truly heaven sent! They are all truly gifted and beyond patient. He really loves everybody at this location, and lets them pet him ,which neverrrr happens. (Ask my vet ????♀️) Donna has an energy that is truly unmatched. She is a real dog whisperer. I will never take my big boy to anyone else. When I tell you this woman is truly gifted, I mean that from the bottom of my heart. Thank you Donna, from both of us ? And thank you to the whole Petsmart Downers Grove Staff. We are beyond grateful!!”

“Groomers at What The Fluff are AWESOME! Most definitely recommend. I have a 150 lb mastiff and he's been there twice now. First time for a bath and nails, now again for nails. Lets say he loves baths, but isnt very "cooperative" (to say the least) when it comes to his nails. They got the job done when I couldn't.Hes going in for a bath next week and setting up regular appointments with them for the future. Ive found our groomers!”

I tried the delivery service for the first time and I was more than satisfied with the ease of the online order with their own staff delivery. I got my order next day and received a text when my order was at my door. Definitely recommend this store, they have customer service figured out.”
