“I like the variety Woodman offers, especially that they offer a Jewish Rye bread which is hard to find in our area. Unfortunately I will no longer be able to purchase Ideal Bakery's Jewish Rye any longer as the package states it is 16 ounces, but when weighed it is actually only 14 ounces. Ideal Bakery is falsely advertising it's product. Sorry Woodman's, maybe you could look into another brand?”
“Shout out to Erica working today- I had 2 little kids with their own carts and my cart and lots of items. She stepped over and offered to ring us up so I didn't have to feel guilty for the poor person who got stuck with us and all our carts- she was very kind and engaged with my kids so nicely. Anyways, after a stressful busy Saturday, she made my experience end well. We always love this store!”

“Today's purchase at Shree Sai Grocery store, Lake Zurich was awesome. We were greeted by Manogna and she is excellent at customer service.Manogna helped us with specific items we were looking for and made our purchases easy. The store was super clean and the products were well organised. I will definitely recommend this store for all types of Indian groceries.”
“Was craving Polish food and was looking for a local place to go. I want somewhere else first and was very disappointed and didn't buy a thing. I then went to Aria's and was completely delighted with the selection and pricing. They had hot food which was delicious. I was also able to stock up on refrigerated items such as cabbage rolls potato salad sauerkraut and probably 10 other items that were amazing. Selection was huge for such a small place. Highly recommend”

“G beef organic grass fed.. $5.29 lb!!! Reg ground lean 80/20 $11. 2lbs!!! Some items blow away Walmart check it's with the stop. Don't forget bags and a quarter for cart deposit (you get it back when put away)”

There are two Jewel Osco Food Stores in Lake Zurich less than a mile from each other. This one on Ela Rd & Hwy 22 has been there for a long time and is my very favorite.

“La Azteca is a clean Mexican store in Round Lake that is open at 6am. I like shopping here because the owner is very nice and always says Buenos Dias, Good Morning to me. There is a butcher, they also have ready made foods , tamales, barbacoba, fresh produce, and fruit. You can also cash your check, and they have a jewelry section. There is also a section to buy household items. My favorite items that I bought was a stock pot to make soup and a tamale cooker. I highly recommend this store.”

“Thus Jewel is bigger than across the street and (at my opinion) has more variety of goods. Space in between shelves are bigger as well. Pharmacy is friendly and efficient (was there at Saturday 2 pm)”

“Outstanding produce and hot dish area. The deli has a variety of cold cuts and cheese from prosciutto, to 3 different varieties of feta cheese. Great bakery. Store has a great variety of international foods. Tuesdays are senior discount day offering 10% off of your entire bill.”
“I don't shop at Jewell often but they have certain products that is hard to get elsewhere. They carry my favorite polish sausage, Slotkowski and Brick cheese so on occasion I do stop in to get these items. Prices are high but it's like that everywhere now.”
“I arrived at the store on Friday hoping to find Flan in the refrigerated bakery display. Unfortunately, they did not have any, so I inquired if they were expecting more. Eric, from the bakery, asked me to wait while he made a quick call...and it was FAST! I was so impressed when he told me they'd get a delivery the very next day. As promised, Julie called to let me know they're holding one Flan for me. This is GREAT customer service! Thanks to a helpful staff, I'll be bringing Flan to my family gathering on Sunday.”

As for other reviews commenting on price. There's unique products at each grocery store. Some you goto just for that. If you like cheap shop at aldi or pick n save. If you goto Marianos or Whole foods you could say they're high as well. But no. They all over their own benefits. Strawberry shortcake and steaks are 2 of my favorites from Jewel.”
