“This is the nicest storage facility you will find - clean, no smells. It’s even carpeted throughout! Even in the units themselves. Nice staff opens and closes the doors to the drive-in bays. The only caveat is the units are only accessible during the daytime. Fine for me but not if you need 24x7 access.”

“Super affordable rates, and I've been rate shopping, I Always research before going anywhere these days. There are move-in half off specials and Discounts here, if you're a teacher or military (or want to pay for a full year at once you get a month free) and one other thing i forget but it's right on their site. Even without any discounts at all the rate for their smallest unit was extremely surprisingly cheap compared to Everywhere else around here, even having looked as far as Genoa city Wisconsin to be sure. If they cannot answer your call right away, they will call you back in a timely manner if you leave a message Or make an online reservation. I think because today is a holiday I was very lucky that they called me back when I made a free reservation online and she assured me their office is open tomorrow (Easter weekend) from 9am until 2pm even on a holiday weekend! She wanted to make sure I didn't waste a trip today since the office was already closed and I'm a new tenant, but that they did receive my reservation and it's valid for 3 days before I have to pay for the unit. Very courteous service, I'll probably keep the 5 stars once I visit and load up the unit unless something is obviously not right. Kudos for the great customer service!!! ? ??????❤?????”
