“I’ve been bringing my vehicles to Mike’s More Miles in Waukegan for well over 10 years, and there’s a reason I keep coming back. Robert, Sam, and Freddie are great guys—honest, friendly, and easy to deal with. They take care of what actually needs to be fixed and will let you know if they see anything else that should be watched or taken care of down the road. I’ve never felt pressured into having extra work done, which I really appreciate. Their prices have always been fair, they explain everything clearly, and they actually listen to what you have to say about your vehicle. Finding a repair shop you can trust isn’t always easy, but I trust these guys. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mike’s More Miles to anyone looking for a good, honest repair shop.”

“Millhouse Auto is a fantastic shop. Both times I needed their services they have been extremely helpful and fast. Thank you for making my car look as good as new after getting hit by a snow plow at my job last year (after I only had it for 2 months) and then this year getting windshield damage from the recent storms. You all are awesome and I appreciate all your help with navigating insurance policies as well. Wishing you all many more years of great business! Thank you! Kara Gonzalez”

“Danny at Kenosha Toyota was great to work with! Danny has been there a long time and is very knowledgeable. The process went well and was an overall pleasant experience considering buying a car is not always “fun”. I did notice that we stayed in one spot and didn’t have to move to other locations in the dealership, they came to us! It was Labor Day so they offered us food from the grill! If you go to Kenosha Toyota ask for Danny!”

“Love this shop. They always get you in and are up front with how much it’s gonna cost and what the true wait time is. They’re always very friendly and welcoming. They let their dog roam the waiting area which is my favorite part ❤️ overall have never had any issues with any of my vehicles I’ve brought here to had tire repairs done!”

“I’ve received nothing but excellent service at Dukas since having my car towed there randomly in 2023. I feel fortunate to have stumbled onto such a trustworthy and kind auto shop. David and staff consistently go above and beyond and I walk away confident that my car is in good shape each time. Highly recommend!”

“Customer service was good and straightforward. I was able to test drive a used car and given plenty of options for how to pay. The salesman I spoke to was very accommodating and clear for a first time customer such as myself.”

“Emely was amazing! She really knew her knowledge about the vehicle in question and ultimately sold us on it. 10/10 definitely recommend her and the team here at Kia.”

“My son needed work done on his car after someone hit him. The guys at Luigi's were AMAZING to him! They helped him through the process and gave him very fair pricing, not taking advantage of the fact that he's a young adult. I drove my son to pick up the car after the work was finished, and they were so incredibly friendly and very proud of their work, which was perfect. Hopefully we won't need body work done on any more vehicles, but if we do, we will be back! Highly recommended!”

“I recently got my 2023 Kia Sportage X-Pro Prestige with Mario’s help, and it was such a good experience. He made the whole process easy and never made my parents and me feel pressured. The car has been amazing so far. I love all the safety features and the tech inside it. Driving it just makes me happy every time I get behind the wheel. If you want a Kia, go see Mario. He will take great care of you. I highly recommend him!”

“The reviews are spot on! I needed a PCV valve replaced, and it was in a tricky spot that required removing my car's manifold (several hours of labor). Every other shop I checked quoted twice the price, but Igor (the owner) saved me $300! Since I live in Deerfield, he even offered to transport my car to and from Waukegan. When I tried to tip him he refused; that's integrity! Just note they only accept cash and if you want an invoice you'll need to ask. Otherwise, it was fantastic service from Igor!”

“Took my van to him 2021 Chevy 2 1/2 ton With a problem with shifting, I had the transmission rebuilt, and these guys figured out that I needed a new timing chain. Now I don’t have any problems shifting they took their time took my calls I was and to get it done. But they did the cleanest job found the problem with the timing chain had to express a part overnight because no one had the sprocket around here. It was a big job. I also had a drop the oil pan and put a new part in there. That always goes bad. Put everything back together cleaned the engine with the degreaser. I have no leaks. I recommend these guys to the highest they told me the price and they were right on. I wish I wouldn’t have been so on top of them to get it done, but that’s my livelihood these guys took care of me with the utmost respect anyone who would need work on their car I recommend these guys highly”

“To be honest, I can’t find one negative thing to say about this shop. They are friendly without being overly extra and they have great service, a great waiting room and they are very reasonably priced. I was in disbelief when I got a tire rotation and it was the same price that they would’ve charged me at Walmart Auto.”

“I do almost all of the maintenance of my vehicles on my own, but rely heavily upon Kenosha Toyota’s parts department, and they are second to none. Very helpful, reliable, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. They keep most parts in stock, and what they don’t, they can order and typically have delivered by the next day. From simple things like motor oil and filters, to harder to find items such as Toyota’s transfer case oil and interior panel clips, Kenosha Toyota’s parts department is the place to go.”
18409 W Gages Lake Rd, Grayslake IL 60030

“I was given Car Fix’s by name from a friend because I was sick of paying the Lexus dealer so much money! From my first phone call to a gentleman named Nick to right now where I’m picking up my car. I have been nothing but pleased with the individualized service and genuine kindness of everyone that I was in touch with at that shop. Nick called me at least four times just to give me updates. The price was fair and I feel very satisfied with the job they did. I will always come here from now oo! Youcan’t go wrong! Ask for Nick!”

“Carl is an outstanding business owner. He places his customers first. His prices are outstanding. He has serviced a good friend of mines two cars and was able to greatly reduce a written estimate from another repair shop. Go see Carl. You be glad you did!”

“People lie, but the numbers don’t. When my Mini Cooper’s check engine light came on, the nearby Midas quoted me an outrageous $2000+ repair bill, which really scared me ? I came to Master Pro Auto Repair on a recommendation, and wow, the experience was night and day. Victor, the front desk, was incredibly helpful right away. He reviewed my prior diagnostic report, quickly confirmed the issue was just spark plugs, ordered the parts immediately, and got me in for service the same day. Both Victor and Oscar worked together on my car, and it was fixed in under two hours—no hidden fees, no upselling, just honest work. In the end, my car runs great, and I only paid $180 total. This place is hands down the most honest and trustworthy shop in Grayslake. If you’re tired of being overcharged by chain shops, this is the place to go!！??❤️”
