“Saunders Oil & Propane is truly top-notch. On a personal level, they’ve never let me down. I’ve never once had to worry about running out of propane—they’ve got it handled. Their rates are fair, and more importantly, I know they genuinely have my back. From a business standpoint, they treat my additional properties with the same care and reliability as they do my own home. When I refer clients to them, I do so with complete confidence, knowing they’re in great hands. We’ve also partnered together on community initiatives like the Jo Daviess County Fair, and I see firsthand how involved and generous they are throughout our area. Saunders is a huge asset to our community, and I’m incredibly thankful to have them as a trusted partner.”

Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
