“I have been going to Knoll Animal Hospital for years. I have always wanted to write a review and finally I am doing so. I love the way Gibby and I are welcomed in and treated with compassion! I recently had Dr. Maas for the first time and I totally loved her! (She took the time to listen, answer my questions and was very thorough) I will never take Gibby anywhere else!! ❤️?”

“We have been going to Danada Vet for the past 6 years with our dogs and every visit we have has been nothing but wonderful. Our most recent experience was unlike anything I could imagine. One of our dogs dog sick very suddenly and we had to bring her in as an emergency although the clinics schedule was full that day they were still able to squeeze us in and get our dog seen right away. We were seen by Dr. Wallach and there is no way I can thank her enough for the exceptional care she gave our dog. Although the situation did not turn out the best in the end, our dog ended up passing away a few days later due to reasons beyond anyone’s control, it was Dr. Wallach who stood out the most. She had some blood drawn on my dog and other tests and we brought her home waiting for results. Later that night we received a call from Dr. Wallach with the blood work results with bad news. She told us to bring her in to a nearby emergency vet because the blood work looked so bad she was worried our dog wouldn’t survive the night. I remember hearing those words and they hit like a ton of bricks. I was speechless and sat there in silence on the phone for what seemed like an eternity. Dr. Wallach’s calming voice and tone are the only thing that kept me from falling apart that night. She sat on the phone with me and answered every question I had and let me take my time processing everything that she was saying. I don’t think she knows how big of an impact that one call made but just having someone who cares so much and has such love for animals on top of being so kind and caring not even to the pets but also to humans truly shows that Danada is not just your typical vet clinic, they go above and beyond. This is the reason we still take our pets to Danada even though we like 45 minutes away. They are worth the drive to have the best possible care for your pets no matter the distance.”

“This is a long overdue post! This past July our Bull Terrier stopped eating and we were desperate to find someone who would see her right away. Our vet couldn't see her nor could the St. Charles Animal hospital. One call to Sunshine after reading the reviews and they said, can you come right now!! We raced over to find she had an obstruction. Dr. Rebala did emergency surgery in her after hours to remove what was years of kids toys, suction cup etc out of her belly!! Dr. Rebala meticulously picked ever last foreign body out of her belly till almost midnight and called us to let us know she was good! We cannot say enough good things about Dr. Rebala and her staff, they were so caring and compassionate with Ezzie. So much so that we even transferred both of our dogs to Sunshine permanently. We thank your whole team for saving our dogs life and thanks for being there in that scary moment when no one else would! Not to mention your prices are so resonable compared to all the other vets in the area who's prices are outrageous!! Thanks for taking the best care of our pups!”

“We recently brought our 83 Lbs, shepherd in for TPLO (doggie ACL) surgery. I was extremely impressed with the personal care given to me by the veterinary surgeon explaining all the particulars of the surgery and helping to ease my mind that it was in fact the best method and source of care for our dog. I was also very happy that even as busy as the schedule was they were able to fit an extra appointment in get our dog in for surgery rather quickly.We have since been back several times for follow up visits and care, and again I have been extremely happy with the service and customer care. One of the times we went for service everyone behind the counter was extremely busy and it took a few minutes to acknowledge we were there, but that is bound to happen on occasion.Again, I have been completely impressed with how friendly and helpful everyone has been in the office and over the phone. I have read a few of the negative reviews, but I have honestly not seen any of these issues with OAH. I have been EXTREMELY happy with OAH and I would recommend them to anyone.”

“Dr. Cook and his staff are simply amazing. They're caring, communicate well and accommodating. Our 10 year old Australian Shepard had a full tear of his CCL. Our vet gave us a couple referrals to surgeons but none provided the tightrope procedure. We felt the TPLO procedure was far too invasive for a 10-year-old dog so we decided to go with Dr. Cook and are so happy with our choice.”

“We have been going her for many years. We have had three dogs, and all have been given excellent care (including dental cleanings, sterilizations, arthritis treatment, anxiety issues, chronic heart conditions, and an ACL surgery). Doctors are willing to work with Chewy Rx orders (some vets are not).When it comes to cost, they seem to be competitive with nearby facilities. In the past, I have called around for prices on pre-planned surgeries, and their cost was neither substantially more nor less than other vets nearby.A friend who owns parrots has told me this hospital is one of the few in the Chicago suburbs who can provide advanced care for birds. I have often seen unusual and exotic pets in their waiting room, including rabbits, parrots, and even a hamster.The entrance drive to their parking lot tends to sneak up on your if you are coming from Montgomery Road. It's almost immediately after you turn, so go slowly and watch for it on your left. Coming on Montgomery from the direction of Ogden Avenue there is a train track. If you are unlucky to catch a freight train, you will be stuck for a while. The nearest overpass for traffic to avoid the train tracks is on Ogden Avenue, so you might as well just wait for the train.”

“This place has taken such great care of my baby Grover. He is almost 13 years old and has been going here since he was a pup. The level of care they give him is amazing and the staff are very nice and accommodating. Recently Grover has been having more health issues and they will always see him as soon as possible and go over the best course of treatment/next steps to get Grover what he needs. I will always use this vet office and would recommend them to everyone!”
“First visit with Eola Point today. Everyone I spoke with was so pleasant; from over the phone, reception, clinical and back again. They made arrangements to get me in on short notice and were quickly responisive to my online schedule request. Very clean office and exam rooms. It did not look (or smell) like a typical veterinarian office to me, felt more upscale. They had a variety of treats and were very thorough discussing not only my chief concern but everything from teeth to tail. Felt like both my cat and I were treated excellent. 10/10”

I never feel like they are trying to oversell anything that isn’t necessary, and I feel that my dogs have always received prompt and empathetic care. I love the staff, and we enjoy our visits (as much as a nervous, a little pup can), as a truly are as gentle as can be, and do their best to make it a positive experience.
