“I cannot say enough wonderful things about the pharmacist Cole, pharmacy tech Mariellen and the entire staff at the Washington IL CVS! After Walgreens in Washington was unable to get the specific manufacturer of my son’s medication, the only one he can safely take due to an allergic reaction to another manufacturer, we were feeling frustrated and worried. Cole refused to give up. Instead of simply telling us it wasn’t available, he went above and beyond, making phone calls, searching every possible avenue, and doing everything he could to find the medication my son needed. His determination, compassion, and willingness to advocate for his patients is something you don’t see every day. To our surprise and absolute delight, Cole found a way to get the exact manufacturer my son needed. We were honestly amazed. What seemed impossible to other pharmacies became possible because he refused to stop looking. In a world where customer service often feels rushed and impersonal, Cole treated us like family. He understood how important this medication was and never stopped trying until he found a solution. Thank you, Cole, and thank you to the entire staff, for your kindness, persistence, and genuine care. You turned a very stressful situation into one filled with hope and relief. You’ve earned customers for life, and I highly recommend your pharmacy to anyone looking for people who truly care about the health and well-being of their patients. Five stars simply aren’t enough!”

“Atmosphere has definitely changed the last few months, in a good way. The store is cleaner, everything in stock, friendly new faces and depending on who’s in the kitchen very good quality food, that’s not over cooked. You can tell new management took over and it was about time.”

“The people who work here are great. The items in the store never ring up for the price that they are offered in the app. Real pain in the butt for them and customers.”

“I miss Walgreens! All we have in my area are CVS i hate CVS. I like Walgreens because they are less expensive and they have a variety of items like sweatshirts that are local inspired. Hats, t-shirts better choice of products all around and the stores are better lit and cleaner.”
