“It's just another quick stop dollar general in illinois, I would rate higher, but it's a bit discouraging to see a posted sign targeting the youth. The sign stated, "Only two under 18 allowed in at a time". This coming from a "major" retailer is a bit concerning. Is it a lack of funding to implement newer security cameras ? I've been in a wide variety of dollar generals ranging from small towns up to multiple millions of residents. Why is this small town dollar general targeting the younger community?”
“I always find everything I need here at Meadows Dollar General. It's always clean and cashier's go above and beyond to help you find a item. Because of that, I drive past the other store on Washington st. Keep up the great work ladies!!! ???”
“Since management or employees have obviously changed it has gotten so much better! All the cashiers pay attention to you and they're professional. The aisles look much more cleaned up and you don't have to wait in line so long anymore. Good job dg!”
“This particular store is going down hill fast. The aisles are so full.of boxes, loaded carts to be stocked, understaffed, inconsiderate to their shoppers. All shopping carts are stored outside now and 90% of the time they are stuck together. Older people can not get them apart. Please be more considerate to shoppers and for crying out loud, hire one more cashier. 10 to 15 people waiting in line is ridiculous. Invisible worth the 5 mike drive to gonto Germantown Hills Dollar General. They at least smile and greet you and are always asking if you need anything. And the carts are inside where they belong.”

“There is a lady that works here and she is always so nice and helpful. I did not catch her name but she is the girl with the butterfly and flowers tattoo on her arm. Everytime I go in there she is amazing. Other times I go in the other staff aren’t the nicest and always seem to be in bad moods. I thank her.”
