“I bought a brand new Ford Ranger at this dealership. From purchase, the FM radio was not working properly. I had to bring the truck into service over night, then it was looked at the following day. They found that the antenna was not placed on the truck. (Simple, right?) It was in the glove compartment of the truck but had never been placed on the vehicle. I spent a lot of time and energy on a function that I would have assumed would have been completed at the time of purchase. Don't get me wrong, everyone in service was nice and helpful however spent most of the time explaining what I would have to pay for if this was not under warranty. Luckily, I don't live far from the dealership or I would really be frustrated if I would have has to drive a long distance for a very simple solution. Next time, complete the new purchase vehicle check list to make sure the vehicle is ready for purchase and driving.”
