“Its not often I leave reviews but the guys at the Waterloo Auto/tire deserve it.
I got 4 new tires put on my van Sept 9th, I stopped in with no appointment and they got all 4 tires installed in less than an hour. I noticed right away that when driving over 60mph I had a tire shake consistent with a tire balance issue. So I stopped in while i was shopping at walmart on Sept 13th and told Josh what was going on and he got the vehicle in right away and had all 4 tires rebalanced in less than an hour. The tire shake is gone and the new tires are great.
Its rare to get this good of service at any Auto repair/tire shop nowadays, much less a Walmart. I have been to other Walmarts in the area for tires, have had terrible service have seen people waiting 2-3 hours for an oil change.
