“Its not often I leave reviews but the guys at the Waterloo Auto/tire deserve it.
I got 4 new tires put on my van Sept 9th, I stopped in with no appointment and they got all 4 tires installed in less than an hour. I noticed right away that when driving over 60mph I had a tire shake consistent with a tire balance issue. So I stopped in while i was shopping at walmart on Sept 13th and told Josh what was going on and he got the vehicle in right away and had all 4 tires rebalanced in less than an hour. The tire shake is gone and the new tires are great.
Its rare to get this good of service at any Auto repair/tire shop nowadays, much less a Walmart. I have been to other Walmarts in the area for tires, have had terrible service have seen people waiting 2-3 hours for an oil change.
The Waterloo Walmart Auto/Tire is setting a great example. Josh and the guys did a great job.”
“Went to this place on accident, thought it was the old valvoline. The gentleman that helped me was amazing. He worked and talked at the same time. Very nice and polite. Will be going back.”

“Mark and the team did a great job of getting me squeezed in, a fast and reasonable quote on the work and delivered my repaired car back to me when they said they would. Great service and very reliable.”
