“I joined Fast Fitness in the Lou in August with much angst and anxieties of whether I could do it, if I was too out of shape or if I even had the stamina…I love it! I love the variety of workouts that are clearly designed to help each person, no matter the level of fitness! The coaches are all very dedicated to helping you succeed and do it safely. Everyone is welcoming and encouraging! If you are even remotely considering it, DO IT!”

“Has a wonderful class for beginner tumbling for older girls! Hard to find anywhere else! Staff is super friendly and professional making it a great environment for learning and pushing yourself!”
“Free tours and very welcoming front desk and managing staff. Excited to become a member! Hopefully they will eventually expand their childcare hours. In the meantime, will keep my mind and body healthy with the help!”
“I hate to exercise. Hate it. And I love to eat….sort of a bad combination. One day at the end of 2022, I bent over to tie my shoe and couldn’t breathe. Ok, I thought - it’s time to make a change.I tried 3 different gyms in Waterloo and Columbia and I was totally overwhelmed and couldn’t find somewhere I could be comfortable. I’m painfully shy and often stay to myself, so it took every ounce of strength I had to try a fourth (and final) place to work out. I found CraveFit with Tiffany on Facebook.Different than most “gyms”, this was a quaint little location in Waterloo. I walked in the door and a group of people laughing and smiling immediately stopped and welcomed me in. I quickly found a spot in the back of the room where I could be invisible. It was a dance class and I didn’t know a single move. I fumbled over my feet, was completely off beat and barely kept up. When class was over I can’t count the number of different people in the class that thanked me for coming and told me what a great job I did.And then Tiffany came up to me to thank me. All she wanted to know was if I had fun. She didn’t try to sell me a thing. But her “tribe”, the others who had been working out there a while, were the ones who convinced me to come back. I never felt so welcome. One year later, I’m at CraveFit with Tiffany two to three days a week, and all I can think about is my next workout. From Dance, to HiiT, to Boxing, Tone, BoxNBurn, Bar (weight bars) and even group training, there’s something for everyone! And it’s beyond affordable with some two-class evenings for as little as $8!I’m happier, healthier and have found confidence that I hid for years. I couldn’t have done it without Tiffany and the group of people there which I now consider friends. I’m even a part of Tiffany’s group trainings.I don’t think I can say I hate exercise anymore. Do I sweat? Yep! Is it hard? Hell yes! But it’s fun and we motivate each other (and even cuss a little when we have to do burpees), but I love every single minute of it.Check out January’s calendar and come see me, Tiffany, and my workout tribe. You won’t be disappointed!”
