The room we were assigned met our expectations, particularly the jacuzzi, which was a great perk. However, I was surprised to learn that another guest was told the same room was the only one available. While it's understandable to upsell, honesty and transparency are key in the hospitality industry.
The hotel's amenities, including cable TV, were as advertised, and the bed and couch were very comfortable. The facility was generally clean, although our room's toilet could have used more attention. On a positive note, the green tea soap and shampoo were a lovely touch.
One concern was the air conditioning unit in the living room, which had a burn mark on the prong and outlet, indicating a potential electrical issue. Shawn, the manager, addressed the issue promptly and professionally.
