“Amazing stay. Everything about my room was hands down fantastic. I never wanted to leave my bed, but when I did, I enjoyed the view of the city, the gym, and the overall essence of the Ritz-Carlton. 10/10 would recommend, better yet, insist that a friend stays at the Ritz.”

“We stayed there during a very cold snap. The HVAC system in room would not get warmer than 67° even with the thermostat @ 75°. Housekeeping was able to get us an extra blanket for the bed.”
“The pool was closed with no advance notice given when we booked, which is a main reason we chose this hotel. Everything else about our experience went smoothly and we would definitely stay here again.”

“I haven't been here since the hotel was a Holiday Inn Express about 5 years ago. What a positive turnaround since remodeling to a Hotel Indigo. It feels bougie and fits right into the CWE neighborhood. The staff is great and friendly especially Tay. The king bed is nice and comfortable, the room tastefully remodeled, the rain shower relaxing. At Bel Air Social the coffee and crepes are wonderful. The courtyard is cozy and welcoming. I'm having a great trip so far for the National Garden Club conference. It is a great trip back to my hometown. I will definitely suggest to come back to this hotel within the next year when my husband graduates with his PhD.”

“Love this hotel and location! Great customer service, love how secure the hotel is and even better rooms! If/when I come back to STL I will be staying at this location!”
“Clean bathroom, walls, carpet, refrigerator and all furnishimgs.
Rooms: Rooms are large. Our room had 2 Q beds, a desk, and a TV stand with mini-fridge and microwave. The carpet is new and very clean.
Nearby activities: We played at the parks and the City museum. We also visited several of the many food establishments in Kingwood
Safety: Doors locked. Our room had a walk out sliding door. It was easy open and close, and locked
Walkability: We walked to Target, Lowe's, Walmart and White Castle.
Food and drinks: Chili's is attached to the hotel. There are many restaurant choices and grocery stores, including Aldi's.
Noteworthy details: Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. I would 10 out of 10 stay again.”
“Hello ??,
We are Tammy & Jay Taylor from Belleville, Illinois! We celebrated our 5th Wedding Anniversary on 11/26/25 in the Diamond & Pearl Room this was our first bed & breakfast! The owner Ms. Henrietta Taylor is the sweetest hostess, she gave us the history of the house which was built in the 1800’s. The ambiance of the house was beyond words, she served us a breakfast of steak, eggs, rice, biscuits, fruit medley, orange juice & coffee! So many are sleeping on this gem in St. Louis! We will definitely be back because a one time visit wasn’t enough! Much Love & Blessings To All!?”

“Very clean and convenient, no continental breakfast though just a paid dining room and room service both kind of pricey. Complementary coffee in the room and lobby”

“The slots are usually good for quick & steady bonuses. I was there early Sunday morning and the bonuses was very slim to none on a "Lucky 88" machine. That machine is usually a steady flow. ???”
“Rooms: The room was very clean but needed more towels and better hygienes products.
Nearby activities: It's food places nearby but no activities close. The food choices are limited also. To burgers and BBQ.
Safety: Once in the hotel I felt safe. Outside is a different story. Liquor store very close so you can imagine the kind of ppl walking by to get there.
Walkability: The gas station, liquor store, and BBQ stand is within walking distance. The bus stop for public transportation is right outside of the hotel parking lot. The hotel itself is right off the highway exit. You will need transportation to get there, public or private.
Food and drinks: No food or drinks in the hotel. Just small snacks like chips and candy, and a soda machine by the front door of the hotel.
Noteworthy details: They also have a no pet policy. So I would say it's not kid friendly at all. I love my pets so I don't think I will be going back . I had to sneak my cat in. She wasn't feeling well so I couldn't leave her at home alone.”
“Super cool place to check out! I've never been here and it was such a unique hotel. I really love the art pieces in the lobby area and even in the bar area there's pops of colors with an nice view of the city. The bartenders were super friendly too. The appetizers are so good too! The flatbreads were tasty and filling. The ravioli was yummy! I got a mango cocktail and it was super fruity and sweet! I’d definitely come back to try more fun drinks and enjoy the weather in the summer.”

“I truly don’t have enough words to describe how amazing my experience was at the Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel. From the moment I arrived, Cheryl at the front desk completely elevated my stay.
Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm were exceptional. During check-in, she took the time to clearly explain all the hotel amenities, making sure I knew exactly what was available. Even more importantly, she made me feel sincerely welcomed and valued. That level of recognition and hospitality does not always happen elsewhere, and it truly made a difference.
The breakfast team was also fantastic. The overall energy of the staff reflected genuine care for guests.
Outstanding service all around!”
“Clean room. They had exceptional customer service for check in and check out. Pool is indoor and heated and stays open til 11pm which was awesome for our little one. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. Free coffee station in lobby however tasted like hot water. Not sure it was just a fluck but coffee in room was fine. Thanks Hyatt for your hospitality!”

“Amazing team of men work here. They worked together to get me unloaded and then helped me to get equipment in nose of trailer. And when one of them found me passed out(fainted) from the heat, they came together once again to help me out!!!”

“We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff could not have been nicer and since we happened to be there during one of their slower times, they offered us a free room upgrade. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the entire hotel appeared well kept. I would highly recommend this hotel if you need accomodations in west Saint Louis.”

“Location was a little accword to find. I had to turn around. But that is OK. Rooms were clean. Desk lady was very friendly and she was very helpful i was traveling with two seniors. They both enjoyed the room and have told me it was a great hotel.”
“I have an update for March 16, 2026:
I made a huge mistake and left my identification cards in the room in a leather folder. I want everyone to know that the STL Airport Marriott moved extremely quickly in helping me resolve the situation. I realized my mistake when I reached the airport in Chicago. While I did have my passport and could cross the border in Canada, I did not have my nexus card. I explained the situation to Ryan Konz, the GM, and he resolved it quickly on Monday. They reacted very quickly and sent it FedEx overnight to me. They were not responsible for my issue, I was but they jumped right in and helped me out in a tough spot. I will not forget their kindness and quick action. This property always exceeds my expectations, and I would give them six stars if I could for customer service.
Review from February 16, 2026 (or there abouts)
I wanted everyone to know how much I look forward to staying with the airport Marriott in St Louis. I travel a fair bit for my job and I always look forward to traveling to this property like I am traveling to an old friend’s home. I have never had a poor transaction with anyone at the St Louis Airport Marriott. I humbly pass on my warmest regards to their world class staff, especially all the wonderful folks in the concierge club.”

“Parking is horrible but my room was clean although the AC wasn't working very well. The desk staff was AWESOME. No restraunt/bar but they do have a decent selection of single bottles of beer in the lobby”
“Stayed here many times over the last 15 years. Always had great service, shuttle to and from airport, and we did park and fly, so left our vehicles here. Never had an issue one time.”
“My wife, one year old, and I just finished up a four night stay at The Royal Sonesta Chase Park Plaza (that's a mouthful). The hotel interior was beautifully decorated for Christmas which we definitely enjoyed as a first impression. The folks at valet and check in were polite, and helpful.
Our room, a Chase One Bedroom was very nice. We need the extra space in order not to have to share a sleeping space with the child. The sitting area of the room was a bit small, but still well appointed. The bedroom area was very large and had a simple yet functional bathroom. Not really a complaint, but I do feel the bathroom was a bit standard compared to the higher end feeling room.
We ordered room service on a couple occasions. The food always came quickly and was fantastic. I was a bit unhappy with there being both a 20% gratuity AND delivery fee added. I feel like it should be one or the other. I felt awkward about whether or not I should tip the delivery people bringing the food. It just felt a bit like I was being nickel and dimed on that front.
My wife used the gym which she stated was large and nice enough. We did not use any other amenities as we were in town to visit friends, plus we had the baby and couldn't spend any time at the bars/restaurants.
One final note, the price was great. A large room in a luxury hotel with room service a couple times and valet every night ended up being about $1700. For off season, I think that is quite reasonable.
Oh! One last thing. I was a little annoyed that I was denied a luggage cart upon checkout. I was told I HAD to utilize a bellman. Thats odd and inconvenient if I prefer doing some things on my own.
In summary, dont hesitate to book. We will likely book here again when we come back to the area.”
