“Stayed 4 nights at Hotel Indigo for a wedding at a nearby location. Hotel is situated in a beautiful district with lots of food and bar options and charming architecture. Visit the cathedral just a short walk away for amazing mosaics. Room was comfortable even during heat wave. Would be great if the hotel had a swimming pool for guests.”

“We stayed in the Kaleidoscope Suite, and were very impressed! Ms. Henrietta was a fantastic and gracious host, including being so kind and understanding when our plans became uncertain, due to the health of our elderly dog. She went out of her way to make sure we had plenty of yummy vegan snacks and drinks, and two fantastic vegan breakfasts! Plus, the bathroom was very well stocked with towels and toiletry supplies. The house is a real masterpiece, and we loved staying there!”

“We stayed here for 4 nights in September and would return. Pros Close to Busch Stadium and the Arch. Rooms have bidets. Friendly staff. AC worked great during our hot stay. TV in the bathroom for viewing while you're getting ready at the sink but not a great angle from the toilet or shower. Fridge full of free water bottles in the gym. No problems having to re-login to the wifi after initial set-up. 90% of the time an elevator was open and ready to go at the lobby level for less waiting around. My boyfriend prefers firm mattresses and usually complains about hotel beds being too soft but not this one! I prefer plush to medium and would say the mattress was medium. Cons Shower water pressure on the 7th floor wasn't the best. I would have used the gym but it was a bit warm and I couldn't find a thermostat to adjust the temp.”

“The front desk clerk, Lans, was so helpful in a stressful situation. He showed patience, kindness and perseverance until my issue was perfectly resolved. I would give the hotel a 5 for service, but the desk clerk in the evening was not understanding or courteous when I again needed assistance. Beautiful building with wonderful, merry stained glass windows on the main floor.”

“Rooms: The room was very clean but needed more towels and better hygienes products. Nearby activities: It's food places nearby but no activities close. The food choices are limited also. To burgers and BBQ. Safety: Once in the hotel I felt safe. Outside is a different story. Liquor store very close so you can imagine the kind of ppl walking by to get there. Walkability: The gas station, liquor store, and BBQ stand is within walking distance. The bus stop for public transportation is right outside of the hotel parking lot. The hotel itself is right off the highway exit. You will need transportation to get there, public or private. Food and drinks: No food or drinks in the hotel. Just small snacks like chips and candy, and a soda machine by the front door of the hotel. Noteworthy details: They also have a no pet policy. So I would say it's not kid friendly at all. I love my pets so I don't think I will be going back . I had to sneak my cat in. She wasn't feeling well so I couldn't leave her at home alone.”

“It was raining hard and when we got to the hotel there was no valet service to we had to park and walk in, which was ok. It was already dark and rainy when we arrived so didn't get to check out along the river. The casino is a little off the path of travel we were headed, but still a good location. The room was very nice and the bed very comfortable, which coming from me means a lot. My digital key was not working and Sabrina gladly helped us. We did visit the casino while we were there. I like to not be around smoke as my casino back home has a large non-smoking area. This one had a lot of three reel games and not much else, which was a little disappointing and my favorite ultimate fire link game only had four machines on the floor. I spoke with others who frequent the casino and would like to see more of them as there is always people waiting to play them. Overall a great place to stay.”

“I would like to say this is awesome place to stay every one is so polite and friendly all the house keepers are great ???and Jim at the front desk he is a sweet heart Orlando, the manager is awesome helped us out when our refrigerator was going out and my man is a diabetic him and Jamie got a right on it as a house keeper , (J) she made our reservation and was so friendly and kind to me as when we arrived she was there and even more friendly when we arrived, ❤️ Thank you to all of you ?? you're a blessing ?”

“I was on a business trip and stayed for one night. The staff was very helpful, the property was well maintained and my stay was everything I had expected from a hotel of it's statue. My room was clean and well stocked. Everything was in working order and I slept well. When traveling back through this way I will definitely be sure to stay there again. The images I shared were of the scenery around their outdoor pool. (A great escape from city life) This site offers an outdoor and indoor pool, gym, restaurant, bar/lounge, and conference rooms.”

They went beyond simply doing their jobs, they made me feel like a valued guest and made sure I was comfortable and taken care of throughout my stay.
