“Friendly staff, large store with loads of merchandise. Daily sales on a wide variety of options. Convenient location with lots of parking. Great place for Amazon returns too and the also offer a discount coupon after any Amazon return. Easy to order online and pick up merchandise. Who doesn't love some Kohls Cash?”

I do find that oftentimes I have to order what I want online because it's not at the local store. No big deal really but sometimes you're just in the mood to get what you want that day. Which is really the only reason the physical stores still exist.
I highly recommend the Simply Vera Vera Wang line of bedding and towels.”

“I was shopping at Nordstrom for my mom’s birthday and so I was running around crazy figuring out sizes and what she would like, etc. Susan at the register helped me so much and was so incredibly patient with me even though I had to run back a couple times and exchange sizes. “The walmart Deli is not mentioned enough! Everytime I visit this Walmart the Deli staff are amazing! They keep everything in the Deli clean, organized and answer all of your questions. Not to mention the Fantastic costumer service! I tried to give the gentlemen that helped us a tip, but they aren't allowed to except unfortunately. Give them people a raise!! Or at least the next day they request off. Keep it up Deli!”

“This Walmart location is always a busy store with many helpful employees and for the most part it is stocked with all the tems I need and use. I usually order through the Walmart delivery app but somedays, like today, we went in and shopped. We were looking to purchase a TV since their was a sale going on for Black Friday. We were helped by the staff and appreciated their assistance with our issues.”

“I normally don’t go out of my way to write reviews for big stores, but I felt this one was worth it. The only reason I’m leaving a 5-star review is because of Will, normally found at the self-checkout lane.
No matter the day or time, Will always has the biggest smile on his face and genuinely makes the experience better. He’s friendly, welcoming, polite, and always takes a moment to say hi and ask how people’s day is going. That small interaction makes a bigger difference than people realize.
I’ll honestly wait in the self-checkout line if it means Will is there, because his attitude and positivity set the tone for the whole visit. Target is lucky to have him.”
“We had such an amazing experience at the Five Below in Kildeer! Amelia and Daniel went above and beyond for my daughter on her birthday. They took extra time to make her feel special, even opening Petite Heads with her right at the counter. When Daniel noticed she’d gotten a duplicate, he traded one of his own with her—something he absolutely didn’t have to do, but it made her whole day.
Their kindness and genuine care turned a simple shopping trip into a birthday memory she’ll never forget. Because of them, this is the only Five Below we’ll be shopping at from now on. Huge thank you to Amelia and Daniel! ?”
“This target, and this target specifically, I always refer to as the “chic-fil-a” target. Not because they’re affiliated in anyway, but because of their customer service. I can go anywhere and get an insincere greeting, I come here because the staff greet you with a smile and when they ask how your day is going, they genuinely care. Today, Danny asked me about my choice of potato chip and we had a lovely conversation. He even gave me a vacation recommendation I’m very excited to try! And I even heard him making the same conversation with the person who checked out just before me. And mind you, the staff here are able to offer this service without slowing down their more rote duties at all. Very impressive. I hope management takes note of this location. I come here knowing I spend more than alternatives because of the excellent customer service I know I’m going to receive”

“Went to the store at 7pm on 11/10/25 and was looking to establish a new make-up routine with new products and a complete overhaul from my previous routine. I went to Ulta first and had the worst experience. I was there for over 30 minutes with no assistance from any employee. I made a purchase, mentioned the disappointment at checkout, and left. I ended up at Sephora because I really wasn't sure if what I bought at Ulta is what I needed and use of the products. I was greeted after maybe 5 minutes or so and was offered assistance. I explained the situation to the associate, Brenda, and she offered her help immediately. She helped show me how to apply the products and find the best colors for my features. I cannot rave enough about how wonderful this experience was for me and I really hope they continue checking in that their associates are working with a customer forward mentality because Ulta is not and they could really benefit from their amazing customer service. We spent about an hour figuring out what products I needed for a complete make-up routine and she really listened to what I was looking for. I made the purchase at Sephora with mostly the same products from Ulta and will be returning everything to Ulta. I will shop at this Sephora every day over going to Ulta ever again.”
