“We had a great experience here. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We stayed here for my son's Navy boot camp graduation, it is very close to the base. They went above and beyond to help me when my son left his Nintendo switch at the hotel to help drop it off at a shipping place and send it back to us. I really appreciate that they were so honest and helpful.”

“We stayed here for our son's Navy graduation and it was a great distance from the base, 15 minutes easy. Trina checked us in the first night and she was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly and helpful, polite and just a lovely person to speak with.”
“We came to Chicago for our sons Navy Graduation and everything was great the staff the rooms the accommodations the hotel manager was so nice we loved the fact that they provided a shuttle to the Graduation just $4 per person. A restaurant literally across the parking lot everything was perfect.”

“Convenience for the Navy location. We chose this place. Staff were nice. Room is great. Breakfast was delish. No complaint so far. We will be here thru the Labor Day weekend. Or whenever our Sailor goes back. I hope it stays awesome while we are here.”

“If you're looking for a place to lay your head then this might be the place for you. If you're looking for luxury this is not the place for you. I didn't really interact with the staff except to tell them that the soda machine wasn't working. The lady at the front desk said she would put a sign on it but never did. The other guests were nice. The homeless people camped in the woods is nice lol. If you don't bother them they won't bother you. A bonus is you can bring your dog! We got to meet some great dogs. Lastly, make sure you wear shower shoes.... I'm now trying to get rid of some kind of foot fungus:(.”

“I've stayed in this establishment and its affordable for an extended stay type of accomodation. It has an area for you to cook and a regular size of fridge to store food. The location is very close to stores and restaurants. Its close ride to Six Flags if you are planning to spend time in an ammusement park. The staff are accomodating and respectfull. I'd say, my stqy was worthwhile.”

“Courtyard Waukegan was equally as nice as any other Courtyard I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel had decent sized rooms, a few amenities, and was very clean. The location is close to everything in Waukegan and within walking distance to a few others restaurants and hotels. This hotel is also about 35min from Chicago OHare and 45min from Milwaukee. This is a great spot with government rates and is 15min from NS Great Lakes. The staff was super friendly and again, nothing to complain about.”
