From start to finish, she and her staff handled everything so smoothly that I honestly didn’t have to think about or organize anything once we arrived.
The entire party felt stress-free, organized, and fun for both the kids and adults. “Satisfied” honestly isn’t even a strong enough word for how happy we were with the experience. “Courtyard Waukegan was equally as nice as any other Courtyard I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel had decent sized rooms, a few amenities, and was very clean. The location is close to everything in Waukegan and within walking distance to a few others restaurants and hotels. This hotel is also about 35min from Chicago OHare and 45min from Milwaukee. This is a great spot with government rates and is 15min from NS Great Lakes. The staff was super friendly and again, nothing to complain about.”

Parking lot was plentiful. Bathroom were nice , but those steps to the front entrance are a work out lol.”

“My kids and I crashed the grounds of WYC to take photos for my sons Navy Graduation (10/15/2021). It was the most beautiful backdrop to our new Sailor saluting! We were greeted by Bo who graciously invited us in for a beer.
