“Picked up from Indiana then dropped off too this location. There where some lights on the dash the raised a concern for me while traveling on the high way after blizzard conditions settle from the night before. Once I arrived with the u-haul is was greeted with a welcoming smile from “Matias Resto” (the general manager). Who was very polite and eager to answer all my questions and concerns. He explained what the lights meant and corrected all the problems.”

“Made a reservation online at this location for a Uhaul truck. I was then contacted by Billy the following day to confirm my reservation. This made me confident for my moving date. Went to the location on a Sunday at 9am when they opened. A lot of people were already waiting outside (dropping off/picking up) trucks. They were only staffed with 3 associates but they managed to keep the process moving. When I dropped off my truck at about 4pm I was approached by the same 3 associates who stated how busy of a day it was and apologized for the wait. Thank you to Anthony and his team for providing excellent service!”
