“Surprised!!! I purchased a generator yesterday and I thought it was going to be like buying one at Home Depot where you pay and they give it to you and have a nice day. NOPE!!! It was so weird to be somewhere with this level of customer service!!! What a difference, they opened it for me, added oil, put gas in it then they explained to me how to use it, what to do for long term storage. Filled out the warranty info for me. Loaded on my truck. They offered me a water, gave me a free shirt. I hope everyone goes to this store, the level of customer service was something I had not experienced in years.”
