She is very knowledgeable, professional and thoughtful. From what I could hear of the other employees helping elderly or handicapped clients they were the same. Pricing for higher quality footwear seemed very reasonable to me. If I lived here this would be my go to place for supportive or outdoor footwear! “While waiting for a reservation at a restaurant nearby, we stopped at Talbots. (I was with my wife and my mother.) Both are petite and both shop at Talbots since they have one of the best selections of petite-sized women's clothes around. When I tried to check-in, I realized that this location wasn't on Yelp, so I added them. (The manager was very happy I did that.) While the women shopped, I took a few pictures and posted them right away. For the few times I go clothes shopping with family, I know how hard it is to find petite clothing. This Talbots has one of the largest selection of Petites I've seen anywhere. Both found a number of things they liked. (And I have to admit, looked good.) We patronized, and found things; we paid (and got a $30 discount for joining their buying club). Then, it was off to dinner.”
“Always amazing things and at reasonable prices. Very organized and even on a chaotic shopping day you see people working hard to reorganize and put things back.
The line is always long but when you get in it and you realize it’s morning really fast. I appreciate that they had plenty of cashiers open”

“Gerardo, was very helpful in guiding me toward my new boot purchase. He showed me my options for what I needed and explained the different features. He also introduced me to the advantages of adding a zipper instead of laces, which I did purchase and am excited to try out for an easier in and out of the boots. He did the install of the zipper and they were ready the next day. Thank you!”
