“While waiting for a reservation at a restaurant nearby, we stopped at Talbots. (I was with my wife and my mother.) Both are petite and both shop at Talbots since they have one of the best selections of petite-sized women's clothes around. When I tried to check-in, I realized that this location wasn't on Yelp, so I added them. (The manager was very happy I did that.) While the women shopped, I took a few pictures and posted them right away. For the few times I go clothes shopping with family, I know how hard it is to find petite clothing. This Talbots has one of the largest selection of Petites I've seen anywhere. Both found a number of things they liked. (And I have to admit, looked good.) We patronized, and found things; we paid (and got a $30 discount for joining their buying club). Then, it was off to dinner.”

“This is a normal looking Carters store. There is lots to choose from. I was looking for a white sweater for a toddler but the one they had was too heavy. They did have a good deal on the sleeveless onesies I was looking for. There were lots of cute options. The sales staff was very friendly. My only complaint is that they will mark something on sale but you have no idea if it is a whole section or above or below the sign. When I’m shopping I don’t want to have to buy the sales staff for these things. I feel it should be apparent what the sign is referring to.”

Last month, Foot Locker Inc. reopened its flagship store at 112 W 34th St. in New York City, as part of new retail plans. The store introduced "Home Court," a basketball-focused shopping area created with Nike and Jordan Brand. The updated store offers a basketball-themed shopping experience. It combines customer service with the newest products for use on and off the court from several brands.
