“I’ve been a Cinemark member for a year at another location, this was my first time visiting west Dundee. The seats here were fantastic, everything was very clean, and the reclining chairs were comfortable. I only wished they reclined a little more, but that’s okay. The staff were so friendly, I ordered some food to be delivered to me in my seat and the staff member really made my night with their courtesy! Thank you we will be back!”

Janet went above and beyond our expectations and provided outstanding support to our families. She set up a separate room for my daughter’s new baby. Janet set up the room such that my daughter could watch the events and participate where she could. Our guests were extremely pleased with how everything was set up and went. The staff at Stonegate was also extremely gracious and helpful.”

“I have had countless positive experiences with this location. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They are always patient and the level of service they offer is outstanding. The manager Peyton is a phenomenal leader. I believe that it all starts from the very top. My children are obsessed with coming to this place. They choose to go to sky zone over anywhere else and I don’t mind it because it’s a win-win for everyone. Whether Im jumping in with them or just relaxing in the observer seating area, its a great way for us all to get out the house together. They have a lot of stuff for the entire family to do. Theres a toddler area, an indoor jungle gym for the little ones, and also a decent arcade with a broad range of cool games for everyone to enjoy. Aside from that, the actual jumping area is really cool. The older kids have a great time playing. They got so much going on and best of all, they have the massive slides that the kids can go down. We started with just the spring membership, but now we have the annual membership. We have a birthday in September and my son has been asking to have it here so that speaks for itself. Great facility, wonderful staff, and so much fun stuff for everyone to enjoy. 10/10 i would highly recommend.”

She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and truly helped us envision our special day, which is what got us through the door in the first place. As our wedding day approached, Tammy became our main point of contact, and I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about her. She was incredibly accommodating, responsive, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure our day was everything we dreamed of and more. No question was too small, and no request felt like an inconvenience. She consistently went above and beyond and truly knocked it out of the park. On our wedding day, everything came together beautifully, and so much of that was thanks to Tammy and the entire team’s dedication and professionalism. I also got woken up every morning around 6:30 by a neighboring guest letting their door slam, but that isn't the hotel's fault. Just be aware if you're very sensitive to noise. I really appreciated how comfortable the bed was and how cold the AC got. I stayed 3 nights and would stay again.”

“We went here for a wedding reception. It is a lovely venue. The setup is perfect for weddings. We had a great view of the pond which actually was fun watching some wildlife. Our food was quite tasty- there were some people whose beef was overdone and they were bummed but overall the food was good. The service was great. Our server was on top of things and made sure we had everything we needed and then some.”

Food and drink options, cubby spaces, benches Cons: overpriced in my opinion, smells funky- like burnt toast or some kind of electrical/gas smell (concerning), and thr equipment could use cleaning/dusting.”

“I had such a great experience hosting my son’s birthday party here! Everyone was so friendly and helpful from start to finish. A special thank you to our server and the manager for constantly checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. Our server was running back and forth between several parties, but she always came back with a smile and made sure we were taken care of. The food came out quickly, was hot, and looked delicious. The kids had an absolute blast playing laser tag! The laser tag & prize attendant was really nice and patient with the kids. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much to everyone for helping make the party so much fun. We really appreciate it!”
