“I had a really great experience at Dollar General thanks to Dale. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly.
What stood out the most was how he seemed to know so many of the customers by name it really gave the store a warm, community feel.
Dale made sure everyone was taken care of quickly and with a smile. It’s rare to see that level of personal connection and customer service these days.”
