βWe enjoyed our trip to Davanti's and were pleased with the attention to detail of the hosts, server and manager. Our favorite is the polenta ragu, which has not changed since we first dined here. It is delicious and a "must have" here. The polpo preparation has changed over the past few years and while good, doesn't compare, in our opinion, to the single large piece that was served with a dark heavy vinaigrette dressing. We loved the old/prior simple preparation of the beet salad. It was all beets, with a fabulous walnut dressing. The new prep is a full salad with beets sparingly placed in the mix. It's great if you want a beet salad, but since we ordered their delicious chopped salad too, we were "saladed out". The wine list was not the same as the online menu, which we checked in advance using our wine app that really does a nice job of describing and rating the wines. We were prepared to order a wine from that online list. Because the restaurant's list was different, we needed some help and the manager was exceptional in this regard. Lastly, the restaurant attempts an energetic environment with their music, which we have loved in the past. A bit toooo much bass this time around. Doubly lastly, we like the different entrees served at this Scott Harris restaurant as a nice change up to the more Italian restaurants of his that we frequent often. So it's worth the trip to see what's up.β

βI have ordered three different outfits from Raas over the past year, and absolutely love all of them! The quality of the outfits are great, as they are lightweight and comfortable to move around in. All of the embroidery is done by hand, so these will outfits are wonderful to invest in as they will last long term. I was able to customize the outfits to my measurements, and my order was always shipped and delivered promptly. Highly recommend :)β
βThe cutest hijab store in all of Chicagoland. They have all different styles of hijabs and keep getting new stock. I never have to wait for my order to come in online cus I just walk in and match my outfit to the hijab. Their customer service is amazing. Unaisah walked through the store with and helped me choose exactly what I needed for my outfit. I’ll keep coming back here!!β

βAbout 2 years ago my wife was struggling with hair loss . This was hard for my wife as she use to love her hair and use to be very proud of her hair. We met Jennifer and she she helped my wife grow her hair and now my wife will not let anybody else touch her hair.β

My wife, Pat, went to make a purchase at L.L. Bean this morning but had to park a block away because you are now charging for what used to be free parking
She texted 3 photos of the nearly empty parking lot adjacent to where she wanted to shop.
I believe you are doing your tenants a disservice.
The majority of the public will be changing their shopping habits and go elsewhere to make their purchases.
That is why we do not shop in downtown Chicago or anywhere is Chicago where they charge for street parking
Locksmiths, dry cleaners, small restaurants, novelty shops etc on Chicago streets have suffered financial loss because their customers will not pay for parking and end up shoping elsewhere
More and more people are shopping on line and charging for parking at shopping centers makes this option even more convenient and affordable
2nd Message to Oakbrook Management:
My wife did park elsewhere and walk to L.L. Bean to make a return. She said the sales staff were very unhappy about the charge for parking, the parking lot was almost vacant and they had very few customers.
My wife told them that in the future she will order on line.
After shopping she would normally have lunch with her friends at one of your restaurants but because of the parking issue decided to go elsewhere for lunchβ

βWas my first time here, the employees there were so nice and helpful and friendly, I was transitioning from a target board to a real skateboard and they helped me find good wheels, size for the board, and basically everything. I would recommend this store to my friends and family. 10/10 customer service.β

βI had some free time today between sessions so I walked around downtown Western Springs and walked into this adorable little shot. It was curated with some of the most adorable things very carefully selected items along with some vintage pieces. Everyone that worked there was especially nice and Linda even offered to wrap what I purchased up for me since it was a gift for a friend. I will definitely go back here. We need more places like this!! Def worth the trip!!β
