Games were plentiful for multiple systems, but mostly bargain bin titles; games in the sealed cabinet were pretty good titles, but were marked-up to higher prices (within a few bucks of eBay prices).”

“A few months ago, I bought a high-end AV system from County Line. It worked beautifully when it worked, but had a number of issues. The techs and others at County Line responded immediately and competently whenever I had a problem. We mutually concluded that the AVP was defective, and County Line contacted the manufacturer in Europe. After several abortive efforts at finding a fix, the mfr. concluded that County Line was right and replaced the product. More recently, I had a different problem. I called the tech (on a Sunday evening) expecting to leave a message. He answered the phone, concluded that the problem was with the universal remote and called the mfr., who identified the problem and fixed it remotely that same evening. County Line stayed with me throughout, standing behind the products they sold me beyond my expectations. A great place to do business with.”

“Lombard T-Mobile saved the day after Customer Care via phone had previously screwed things up. The phone rep was incompetent and handled everything wrong, so we took a chance and went to the Lombard store, hoping someone in person could rectify things. Turns out, our issue did have to go back to over-the-phone customer care, but thankfully, T-Mobile specialist, Aqeb Ahmed, saw our frustration and graciously offered to let us place the call from there, and he spoke to the rep once they came on the line. Aqeb explained everything to them, and it all got straightened out. Thank you, Aqeb, for your excellence and stellar customer service. T-Mobile should give you a holiday bonus!”

“We used Interstate Electronics for our schools intercom system. They were very quick with helping the school out as our current system died on us. We explained it was a safety concern and as soon as we got the quote and then PO they were onsite installing the system. They even trained us onsite on all the new technology. Some of the new features we have with this system is the ability to play songs and recorded announcements over the intercom for celebrations or emergencies and the ability to set different bell schedules to different rooms. Most importantly, our school no longer has that annoying loud ringing bell that would harm our students and staffs ears. A series of three tones to help direct students to their next class. We feel confident in the work they provided and we would highly recommend working with Interstate Electronics.”

“The LG BP530 Blu-ray Player I ordered through World-Import played the PAL format discs I ordered from down-under on my NTSC equipment with no problems. And that is even when sending the HDMI output through a wireless extender to a CVBS converter to an old CRT TV! I put in any kind of disc and hit play. I could not be more pleased.”
“We purchased a new embalming machine from Radical Scientific Equipment in India. It will only operate on 220 volts, 500 wattage. I needed a step-up transformer and ordered a 500 watt transformer from Overseas Best buy. When it arrived It didn't work. After speaking with their technician I got an education on wattage and decided to order a 2000 watt transformer. I just tested it in our preparation room and I'm happy to report our new embalming machine works perfectly with the new transformer. Thank you Overseas Best Buy.
